I take it you didn't know about the latest from Tusk until you saw the link I put up.
You tried to make out that it was the fault of the UK and nothing to do with the EU. Yet the EU says they don't want to ratify a deal about citizens as it would mean that they have failed in making a deal with all involved. This most probably means FOM. With FOM there is no need for anything to be ratified as it isn't needed.
But I suppose you will find a way of blaming the UK for the situation. You always do.
