What do you guys thing about this latest controversy? A black actor has been chosen for a black role, which you would think would be acceptable. But according to critics, he is too light-skinned! Are we now going to have 'degrees of blackness' and they can only choose someone from the correct group. Seems like it's becoming ridiculous. And this leads to the question, can you be too black for a role that requires a light-skinned black person, or does it only work the other way round?
