Silence Is deafening (7 Viewers)

I think there will be a meeting either concluded or arranged by now for all of the SISU legal team to discuss the next steps. You have to remember that whilst they will be feeling angry and cheated to a certain extent with their failures in the courts { Some might say justifiably } apart from gaining grounds for compensation their next priority will be to have some continuity within their 'investment' so they do not have to crystallise said losses in CCFC.
In their bitterness they will be aggrieved if they have to do business with Wasps, but balanced against that they will not want to incur anymore costs running a football club they don't give a jot about and it won't be free to rent out St Andrews and crowds and revenue will shrink dramatically.
Someone will be there in Mayfair crunching numbers !
Totally agree.
What else do people expect.
Whatever your opinion of SISU, they need to decide a policy before they make a statement, and as we have seen from previous events, SISU do not declare their hand until the last minute

Have the council responded to the release of emails showing they were in discussion with the wasps in 2012 yet?

Ah yes, we don't mention that...

Not sure that a Ricoh deal for another year etc is good news-won’t we just arrive at the station this time next season?

Also, the business model falling apart if we were to gain promotion line would be peddled, not exactly going to inspire the team to push for promotion.

I don't think he says that to the team, and even if he did, would they really stop pushing for promotion?

I meant TF saying this. I'd hope not, but it's not exactly inspiring is it?

I'd hope we'd adapt to our league status if we got to the Championship, not just go in with a negative attitude.

From what I've heard there'll be an announcement on good Friday, pointing to staying at Ricoh

Have CCFC or SISU talked to Wasps then? If so i would think the only way they get a deal is by confirming no more legals regarding the sale of the stadium to Wasps.

Given the Supreme Court only issued their ruling on Tuesday i am sceptical that a meeting let alone a deal has taken place

I expect a statement in the match program saying to wasps please talk to us now the judgement has been handed down. Nothing more substantive than that

Could it be possible that a deal was already agreed in principle in the eventuality of this outcome?

I am calm," he said.

"I think we need to be calm and everyone needs to remain calm and wait and see what happens.

“I am just excited by the future and what it can or could bring, potentially."

Does robins know something we don't?

It will all be tied up at the last minute, although the need for the club to start selling season tickets must be becoming more & more urgent before people blow their cash on holidays or something else.

I'm quite optimistic there will be a deal by this 25th April EGM of the EFL (1 week from now).

I reckon Boddy and Eastwood already got together on Tuesday evening to thrash a deal out and now they're in the middle of a 72 hour bender. Boddy's on the cider with vodka bombs and taking MDMA while Eastwood is sniffing coke from Boddy's cleavage and drinking Guiness shandy, Guinness topped with a Baileys. They'll both end up getting so fucked up that they'll lose the contract and the announcement will be delayed until next week because they'll be searching everywhere and blaming the strippers for stealing it, while not 100% sure whether it even got produced or whether it was just a hallucination. Boddy is gonna find it in the pocket of his CCFC jacket on Sunday, still rolled up into the tube that he used to stick the hamster in Eastwood's arse. Eastwood will find it awkward to explain why he hadn't realised he was still wearing Sky Blue Sam's elephant head when he arrives to the next Wasps game.

Robins would know a lot more than us I would think. Especially if you have Allen’s Taxis on speed dial for him ;)

Robins will only say whatever is positive won’t he. He’s not gonna say “it all looks like a grim future”, he has to give out good vibes for fans. It’s like when players sign “it’s great to sign for such a big club blah blah blah <default answer>”. They’ll never say “to be honest I’d rather have gone somewhere else but the offers just weren’t right”

I think the silence smacks of tails between legs and negotiating for Ricoh deals.
