Firstly, I don't care if you think SISU are to blame. I don't care if you think CCC, Wasps, or my cat are to blame.
Secondly, I'm not one to protest in a loud, shouty way. It's not my style, I don't want to.
Thirdly yes, I'm desperately hoping the Trust organise something so I don't have to embarrass myself as next to nobody comes along.
But... the club cannot leave the city with barely a whimper.
Of course it'd be better if the Trust organise something but, if that doesn't happen, what's the alternative? Naval gaze and wring hands? Complain there should have been some protest?
A protest could be massively embarrassing and counterproductive if nobody turns up but, the more people who say they will turn up, the more chance there is of it looking half-serious, and AS IF WE CARE. This is possibly our only chance to show this before it is too late.
Therefore, forget who organises it, forget what it will be. It's short notice but, in the absence of any alternative, who will be there at 3pm on Saturday?
I will be. I don't care who you are, what your viewpoint is. In the absence of anything better, please come along. I won't beg, I won't plead and, if you have prior commitments so be it but... if you can... please come along, help us look half-serious.
The fans are all we have, let's not argue about that - just commit to registering our shame that our club comes to this.
