Which is why I can't understand wasps denying themselves income.
It may not go ahead, if it does it can't be stopped. It may take years anyway.
How much is no CCFC at the Ricoh costing them I wonder?

I honestly don't think there is anything in the Wasps want to buy CCFC stuff, it doesn't make any sense. To get to the PL the club would have to stump up 100s of millions of pounds, way beyond Richardson's wealth.

Let me expand - All i want is the club reunited with some sort of stadium, whether that’s with SISU or Wasps.

Don’t get me wrong. I’m far from wanting Wasps here, but if they own the Ricoh that’s the only way we’re likely to be playing there.

As I said, I want no football funds diverted that way. Further to this - if they lose the EC complaint id want the football club and football money ring-fenced

You can read my previous posts - I’m as venomous towards Wasps and the council. But I either want SISU to build us a new ground or someone reunite us with the dam thing that was built for us

EDIT:- I don’t want us owned specifically by wasps - a consortium that owns both would be ok.

You are living in a fantasy world. The club is not even revenue neutral and required additional funding to meet liabilities - wasps will never provide this - they have no additional funds

I’ve not said I specifically want that. I’m just saying as long as we’re not being shafted. I’d be open to it

The really is it can’t happen though in the way you’ve described

No but I wouldn’t be surprised if they have some interest via the anonymous consortium

It would be in their interest to have owners committed to a long term rent deal which would provide them with stability

Bit of a thin claim from Joy. Obvious neither SISU or wasps have the resources to push for a Prem place or even survive in current Championship financial climate
I think the point is "potential"

Obviously there can be a huge gap between reality and potential, but Wasps have very little potential beyond where they are, whereas with CCFC there is, at least, a possibility.

And whatever it takes, and whether that's available or not, CCFC are a lot closer than a Phoenix Club

Search WAS1 on google.

Edit: now found ISIN - XS1221940510.

The price is falling because of increased credit risk - short term interest rates haven't moved that much since January - when the price started to fall. As you said I think, they are secured against the company holding the Ricoh.

However I can see no evidence that SISU has been buying them.

Just going to end up with a Statement by Eastwood/Richardson (and Duggins for some reason) saying that they have no interest in the club and you pick the side depending on what you already believe.

I’m not saying it can happen, just saying that in an ideal world that would be ok for the club.

I suppose you could look at motives, maybe Nick Eastwood etc looks at it as reunite Club with stadium and sell the whole lot as a package

We have so much potential, the whole lot together could be worth quite a lot

Actually, I'm quite impressed by her interview. She has her own view of the situation of course, but think she comes over very well.

Wasn't Duggins also talking about how if Hoffman took over a deal would be done the same day? How does he know?

"Drop the legals" "It was SISU"

I'm not sure how you can say it's not about assurances, that's what wasps want. Whether it's sisu or the club they want to shoulder the burden of any future financial penalties
. sisu, understandably won't do it, they can't withdraw the complaint so the only possible way forward is a change of heart by wasps.
Given that the complaint will go ahead whatever I don't understand why they are going to deny themselves the revenue that CCFC bring.
Somewhere you have to draw a line though, don't you.

Hasn't Hoffman learned what happens when you get hedge funds involved in football clubs. Particularly ones that are prepared to move permanently to a new home.

People wonder why we were sceptical of him and his bids. Just not being sisu is not enough.

Is she implying that her house break in has something to do with the CCFC/Wasps/CCC situation...it certainly sounds like it ?
Chances are, the break in was just another bog standard burglary of a wealthy family, which has nothing to do with the current situation.
The fact she mentions her children makes the subject even more emotive, and garners her/SISU some sympathy.
I can't help feeling that she is trying to make out that she/SISU are the victims in this entire decade old saga
Don't she also live in London? Not known down there for crime is it...

you do, but I'm not sure that drawing this particular line actually achieves anything or even changes anything for the better from their perspective.
Well, it means SISU take their lines seriously in future negotiations, as opposed to pushing at the edges more and more and shifting the goal posts.

Probably helps other negotiations too, in the future.

Of course the concern for us is that rock has met hard place!

But from the reports that have come out it seems to be Wasps not sisu moving goal posts.
