I was locked out of my account (password reset), spent over an hour waiting on the live chat to get back to me in two seperate broswers. After looking at the score, kinda glad I watched youtube instead.

Thank you for your email, sorry to hear you are experiencing difficulty with the iFollow service.


If you require technical advice, you will need to contact Endeavor, our partners who operate the iFollow system on behalf of the EFL. They have a dedicated specialist support team you can reach via the 'live chat' option on your club website, where you can find a small ‘chat bubble icon’, at the bottom right of your screen (visible once you have clicked on ‘got it’ to accept cookies).


Clicking this will open a live chat with one of our specialist advisors, who will issue relevant technical advice for you. The chat service is available on club websites from 8am - 10pm, Monday to Friday and on match-days from 3 hours prior to kick-off to 3 hours post final-whistle.


They will also deal with any refund requests accordingly.


Alternatively, you can e-mail [email protected] or on non-match-days the billing and subscription number is 0207 826 4577.

I'd like to think the club don't get penalised and lose their revenue share from the refunds issued. If that's the case, I'd rather not claim it back.
The problem with that is that they’d be little incentive for IF to fix issues and less people would sign up in the future, so the club would lose out in the long run

I emailed about 5 mins before the stream came back on in the second half, got a reply about 10pm, and another reply this morning just before 10am.

Looks like EFL are doing the right and obvious thing of contacting people rather than asking them to request a refund, so you should hear something before too long

Yeah, had a look while it was going on and it seemed to be happening to a load of games so it was their provider having a nightmare evening
