Decent game (for a change) on TNF tonight, think it could be the night AR announces himself to the 2019 season.

Toughest test so far for the new look GB defence? Certainly through the air you'd say.

Eagles 4-0 on TNF under Pederson

Anyone else got Virgin?

I have a series link for Redzone and for every single live game, but last night it just didn't record at all. Grrrrrr. Was really looking forwards to watching it this morning and it simply isn't there and didn't record. So annoying.

A couple of seasons or so back nothing recorded at all and I complained to Virgin and it was something to do with some metadata code that wasn't supplied by Sky, but this time round everything has recorded fine until this game last night.

Damn.

good games tonight particularly TV ones.
curious to see how good the Bills really are.

Scary Terry inactive for Washington along with Reed and Schreff and Trent still holding out. Things look rough in DC.

And Gruden exists.

I haven’t been this excited about an NFL game in a while, although my Lions will likely get hammered by Mahomes with 3 defensive starters out injured including pro bowl corner Darius Slay.

Still think not?

That was some result today. To put 40 points up against the Ravens and in Baltimore, is mightily impressive.
Well their division is terrible so maybe.
Gutted about the lions, great effort against KC with some key missing pieces.

What a crazy night. Browns putting up 40 points in Baltimore and the Bucs putting up 55 points away at the Rams.

Gruden still in a job. Pats coming next so Skins will be 0-5. At that point you have to look at tanking. Get your new HC in to look at the team and work out what needs replacing. Gonna be interesting when we play Miami who wants to lose more.

Repeat of last season.
Stubborn coaching which had no plan b until 4th quarter.
Let an average qb move the ball enough (on the same play time and again) to accumulate points.
Cousins had poor protection but just didn't look like he ever believed he could get the offense moving until last 5 minutes of the game. He still keeps making the same mistakes when he drops back. Ffs buy the extra time by starting a bit deeper from the scrimmage. 2 top WRs and 2 TEs - accumulate yards, stop looking for the glory ball.

He just can't beat teams with a winning record.

Haskins won't get a game. Lamb to the slaughter with that protection.
McCoy supposedly close to being ready.
That Bears defence is going to hurt a lot of sides. Let's see how Cousins holds up against them this week.
I'd be just as concerned about a defence that Chicago offense look good.
Hardly a shock result against a probable playoff team.
Replaced Keenum yesterday, seemed like the desperate actions of a dead man walking. God only knows who he'll start against the Pats next week, if he still has a job....

Would be interesting if we end up with one of the top couple of picks in the draft and a new head coach/gm/both. I wonder if they look to bring someone in who is all in on Haskins, trade away the high pick and start to build a competent roster or go all in on one of the QBs coming out next year and move Haskins on for a 2nd/3rd rounder. Whatever happens it looks like a long way back and makes the decisions not to trade Trent and give Collins that mega deal even more confusing.

Gotta start Keenum again. Rookie QB with no real college experience against that Pats defence. Kid could get hurt.
Threw in Haskins as a Hail Mary and to try & appease fans.
Both QBs struggled against a defence averaging 30 pts.
Skins were missing some big pieces on offense.

Some good QBs in the draft but none apart from Tua ready to start. No point bringing in a rookie QB if they can't be protected and have limited offensive weapons. Sensible to trade down and replenish a weak team.
Miami may draft Tua but he'll have nothing to work with. Are rumours going round Tua wouldn't go there because it's such a poor situation.

Giants are back!! Manning been past it for couple of years diff team without him
Considering that was the fewest points put up against a terrible Redskins team with injured players while still turning over the ball at every opportunity I wouldn't be hopeful just yet.

There are realistically 2 or 3 QBs that will go top 10, Tua, Fromm and Herbert could all be up there, don't think its right to be talking about moving on from Haskins just yet, plenty of people should be out the door before him.

Gruden is all but done in DC, the most important thing now is finding the right HC to replace him, do I have any fait in Allen and Snyder hiring the right man, absolutely not.

Sure but I don't see Herbert as an upgrade. Fromm may improve over the season but again isn't that much better than Haskins.
Whatever happens Haskins will pickup enough experience (either playing or backing up) to put himself to put himself clear of those 2.

Happy with the win yesterday (Jags), although we made a massive meal of it in the end.

Do people think that Foles getting injured could be a blessing in disguise? Minshew is some boy!

Not for us, I mean in terms of trading away our draft pick this year, expect there'll be plenty of teams looking to move up for one of those, Cincinnati, TB Titans all probably in the market.

Need to be proactively moving on players for future picks also now, as Miami have done. Trent has to be the first to go if he wont play

Can't help thinking Miami have gone too far. Going to need their draft picks (2 years worth) AND big moves in the free agency market.
Skins have enough good players to rebuild through the draft and some free agency moves.
Even moving down the 1st round can bring big value but there are some great defensive options and WRs that are excellent top 5 picks.

Bills defence were impressive against Pats.
Always a surprise early season player - Barrett from the Bucs 9 sacks in 1st 4 games having been released by Broncos

That's one of the best TD catches I've ever seen -Lockett vs Rams last night.
What I also like is the NFL actually have a % of the likelihood of it being a completion - 6% !! Only in America:)
Wilson on fire this season
