They do give refunds. If you are a season pass holder I would email them on the address I posted

Game starts at 7am over here and this happens way too much! They were probably well aware that they were facing difficulties in streaming the game.

Nothing was showing before the game from warm up so they knew they had problems yet they were still taking everyone’s money.

Yep same here. Getting up at 6.50am to watch an error message is a little annoying. If it’s not going to work they should say so, then I can go have another hour! At least we’re winning though.

They will probably just offer a game voucher but make it look like they're doing you a massive favour. Shame they have a monopoly over the games!

Just got an email saying there will be no refunds or voucher for a game. And that’s for a match pass.

If there was a message saying the game may not be shown due to difficulties before you purchase then it’s your risk. However, to offer a service and then not deliver... sounds underhanded and illegal to me

I tried to watch the second half yesterday and for about the 4th time this season the 'IWe are experiencing technical difficulties' message was up. The way I stream allows me to see all EFL games and every other game was working. I feel like Mario Balotelli... 'Why Always Me?'

Must be something with St Andrews, can't remember issues at the Ricoh in the previous 2 seasons, certainly not with this regularity anyway. One more reason to get back to Cov!

There shouldn’t be a need to claim a refund, Ifollow should just do it automatically.

If you pay by credit card then you are entitled to ask them to obtain a refund of the payment as the product/servive was not delivered.
iFollow will be aware of this and I'm sure they will issue a credit to use in a future game broadcast. They did that before several weeks ago when the game was patchy (unlike yesterday when it was lost altogether!)
