A Poll with a diffrence (3 Viewers)

Wouldn’t have a clue how to start this particular poll but the fans that attend St Andrews need to put pressure on the club to return to our city after yesterday’s announcement that it is doubtful we will be returning this season - We already know the thoughts of the fans that stay away because they are showing their feelings by not attending. This poll is for the 6,000 fans that attend regularly, to say in no uncertain terms that if we do not return to the city by the start of next season or alternatively the club have picked and agreed a site for a new stadium, that they are not renewing their season tickets - If we do not return I feel we will lose Robins along with many fans anyway as the Birmingham trek is getting a bit of a pain in the backside and between our 15 mates over half have indicated already they will see out this season but not next - if that is the indication of 15 people at then that could be a possible outcome of the fans as a whole – Boddy and co need to be aware of the feelings of the fans

Pressure doesnt need putting on the club at all.
Why should the fans pressurise the club/owners in to returning to the ricoh likely in to an unfavourable deal at the terms of w**ps. If anything, the fans should be backing the club for not giving in to the council/w**ps unrealistic demands.
Pressure needs to be put on w**ps, not CCFC.

I for one will renew my season ticket next season, wherever we will play. I will back MY club always. I will happily drive nails in to w**sps' coffin aswell.

Boddy is fully aware of fans views and his message yesterday was meant to stress that nothing is happening contary to local unfounded rumours.
Pressure has not worked with sisu before and wont again ultimately it is down to wasps when we return and it is as simple as that.
Results on the field will dictate how many travel but was is certain a promotion would dramatically alter the picture.

Any ideas on how we could pressure those Wasp cunts? The best way would be us going up and them going down. That’s in the teams hands though. Not really interested in another demonstration at JH statue, unless there’s more than 20 of us!

They've shown themselves to be very sensitive to negative PR so keeping pressure on CWR and the Telegraph to actually do their job is a good first step. They are enabling Wasps to sidestep actually answering any questions. Would be nice if our Trust would apply some pressure but we all know that won't happen.

Boddy is currently having to keep correcting local media who strangely keep misleading people, I wonder why that is?
It's ridiculous. CWR and Telegraph have completely invented a story that the indemnity was no longer a requirement, ran stories on that, meaning Boddy has to keep putting them right which they then run stories on as the club not returning.

Literally nothing has changed and they've got two weeks of material out of it while making the club look like the bad guys again to anyone who doesn't read past the headlines.

It works though doesn't it? People fall for it every time.

Much like the random transfer rumours that get people worked up that we didn't sign them.

I will renew my season tickets and have had no indication that anyone in our eight won’t renew. Yes it’s a bit of a pain to get to but I will live with that. I used to leave about 1415 to get to the Ricoh and I now leave at 1355 so it’s not a massive difference

This cannot continue another season - If it does as a starting point we will probably lose Robins - Fair enough you your mates will stick by the club whatever, but if we lost Robins and the results and football started to deteriorate then how many fans would bother to go? - Think I would feel differently if something concrete was in the pipeline – The rumour with the stewards at Birmingham is that we are only there for a season, as things like the extra traffic issues around the area has had locals complaining to Birmingham city and the council

You're targeting the wrong people. Boddy, and everyone else involved on the clubs side, have repeatedly said they want the club playing in Coventry. Pressure needs to be put on Wasps to remove indemnity clause to enable a return to happen.
Why cannot SISU drop their action or alternatively sell the club and carry on their action in court with wasps, and let the fans start watching football in their home city

We’ve signed a deal to stay there for definitely two seasons and I think it may be 3.

They can’t drop the complaint that’s acknowledged by everyone

Whose buying?

If Wasps know everything is above board and correct they could drop the indemnity which in part keeps the club away but they seem reluctant to drop it and the local media act like it doesn’t exist.

Do you have it on good authority (from Robins himself) that he will leave if we stay at St Andrews for another season?
Also, do you have a signed contract written in blood that states he will 110% stay if/when we return to the Ricoh?

Or... are you just assuming that he will leave?
Because that's how it seems to me. You have not a fucking clue if/what/how/why Robin's will do what he does. Hes left before and will leave again. That is a garuntee. To come on here spouting shit as if you have all the facts! Who's to say, if we return to the ricoh it would piss Robin's off having to play on such a shit pitch in a ground where (he said himself) the team aren't made to feel welcome and he'll leave! You dont, you dont have a clue. Just guessing, and while guessing passing on false, poisonous propaganda! So stop. Let the club/Robins speak for themselves.

Those that go imo should be making their feelings known regarding this so called new stadium. Surely the owners should be being pushed about this or are you all happy that they're lieing again?
I want us back in the city but I'm not to fussed about it being at the ricoh. A new stadium is surely the only way out of this scenario? As the custodians of ccfc surely its their responsibility to have a home for the club they own?

Those that don’t go should make their feelings known to wasps - drop the indemnity! And to the council to help find a site for a new arena.

And make our feelings known how exactly? Don't you think wasps are well aware of our feelings?
What's wrong with some of you lot actually confronting fisher or someone at a home game and grilling him on this new ground? You all seem content to just sit there and do fuck all.
Havent the council said that they'll help? I'm sure I read something. Or shock horror, how about sisu you know the actual owners of the football club do something themselves.

They can cant they? They just don't want to.
We need our own stadium. Its up to the owners to deliver that. Nobody else.

Would you mind if they acquired a stadium 100 miles away?

I have to admit I did have a little glance over at Fisher yesterday when “we’re supposed to be at home” was sung. But I agree with the second post, it’s not really his / their fault.

Not gonna happen which is why we take each step after the next.
So currently

wasps need to remove the requirement for the indemnity clause
Then we can say to ccfc why are you not coming back
If they won’t then in order for us to be in coventry we need a new stadium so we can then get on to ccfc about a new stadium

Sisu you mean? Of course I'd mind. I don't want wasps in my city but here they are.
What are we supposed to do though if a path back to the ricoh is permanently blocked? We need our own ground.
