I have to admit I did have a little glance over at Fisher yesterday when “we’re supposed to be at home” was sung. But I agree with the second post, it’s not really his / their fault.
It's not his/their fault? Didn't they break the lease to deliberately make us homeless first time around? That twat is the main reason wasps now sit at the ricoh.

Not gonna happen which is why we take each step after the next.
So currently

wasps need to remove the requirement for the indemnity clause
Then we can say to ccfc why are you not coming back
If they won’t then in order for us to be in coventry we need a new stadium so we can then get on to ccfc about a new stadium
Why cant we do both?
Yes wasps need to withdraw the indemnity we know that. But do you think ground sharing with a nomadic rugby club is best for us long term?

I get the minority want us to get back to cov whatever (sadly the majority don’t care either way), but surely we have to go back with a sustainable future ?. That’s not at the Ricoh is it ?

No I don't think it is. Ideally we'd see concrete plans from the owners by now regarding a new stadium. A Short term deal at the ricoh whilst its built would be ideal. But sisu are lieing to us again arent they?

What's wrong with some of you lot actually confronting fisher or someone at a home game and grilling him on this new ground? You all seem content to just sit there and do fuck all.

The Council should be looking at finding a viable plot of land - but they're not really interested in helping the club. Think they would like us back at The Ricoh, preferably under new management. Stalemate for now; Wasps relegation and/or CCFC promotion should help us (in the short to medium term

Why cannot SISU drop their action or alternatively sell the club and carry on their action in court with wasps, and let the fans start watching football in their home city

As far as we can tell the state of play is Sisu can only “ask for it to be forgotten” and we aren’t even sure that’s a thing.

The other half of the puzzle is Wasps want CCFC to cover and costs that come from the action, which would bankrupt CCFC through no fault of their own should CCC/Wasps be found in breach of state aid.

Seems to me the obvious action is Sisu “ask for it to be forgotten” and Wasps drop the indemnity clause.

Can’t see either happening though.

The council are helping look for land. Now.

It can't be asked to be forgotten though, thats the thing...

I mean the obvious argument here is then why not do it? If it’ll have no effect you may as well just do it.
Yep same as removing the indemnity if it will make no difference. I’m being told that there’s no reason the club had to play in Birmingham and I think that’s bias

Why is it down to the council all the time? Arent the club/sisu capable of doing this themselves?

Pressure doesnt need putting on the club at all.
Why should the fans pressurise the club/owners in to returning to the ricoh likely in to an unfavourable deal at the terms of w**ps. If anything, the fans should be backing the club for not giving in to the council/w**ps unrealistic demands.
Pressure needs to be put on w**ps, not CCFC.

I for one will renew my season ticket next season, wherever we will play. I will back MY club always. I will happily drive nails in to w**sps' coffin aswell.

Sisu you mean? Of course I'd mind. I don't want wasps in my city but here they are.
What are we supposed to do though if a path back to the ricoh is permanently blocked? We need our own ground.
I for one would prefer to stay at st andrews rather than fund the wasps nests under the terms they are offering. On top of which that pitch is an embarrassment and would only destroy our team. So fuck em get behind the team and go to st Andrews

It’s a red herring. There is no stadium being built

Not so sure about this one. I think the club are trying but it’s a lot harder than they thought it would be.

Which is why you sort this out before flouncing off from your stable tenancy

This cannot continue another season - If it does as a starting point we will probably lose Robins - Fair enough you your mates will stick by the club whatever, but if we lost Robins and the results and football started to deteriorate then how many fans would bother to go? - Think I would feel differently if something concrete was in the pipeline – The rumour with the stewards at Birmingham is that we are only there for a season, as things like the extra traffic issues around the area has had locals complaining to Birmingham city and the council
Why will we lose Robins. He hasnt made any issue to leave and hes just extended his contract. Its all in your imagination

It always amazes me how much a steward knows

For the record my mate is on the board, haven't seen for a while but met him today so this is quite on topic:

We renew at St Andrews every 6 games, meaning that we only put the next 6 games on sale in case we return.

Wasps want us back, but we won't move back because of the state of the pitch, whether or not that means the pitch will be sorted out in the summer, meaning we can return I don't know.

As nothing can be done about a pitch mid season, we will not return this seasom, thus putting the rest the season tickets on sale.

Also we've had an offer for Jordan Shipley from Ipswich of 750k of which he gets 100k but the club haven't responded, and I would assume (don't know for certain) wait for better offers/replacements

It’s costing us somewhere between £100 and £800k just to rent staying at St. Andrews is destroying us

£750k (£650k really) wouldn’t buy Shipley’s left bollock.

The CCFC website lists 2 members on its board. Dave Boddy and Tim Fisher - which ones your mate?

Also only listing some home games on sale happens everywhere. I just went on the Ipswich site they have only have the next 2 on sale and Sunderland the next 4 - it’s pretty common practice for a football club.

No offence, but really ?

we won’t go home and double our attendances due to the pitch ?. This coming from the team who won 4~1 on the worst pitch I have seen us play on in years only last week.
