I just repeated what you said! why don't read the thread!I'll be happy with a win. The fact that away draws are disappointing shows how far we've come this season

I know we're very much a different outfit to back then and this was when the formation changed, but surprised with how confident some are RE a win, when we were unbelievably lucky to scrape a 2-1 in the home fixture. Fleetwood should have been about 4 or possibly 5 up at half time. One of their chipped efforts was almost like they were taking the piss it was that easy for them in the first half. A result here, be it a win or a draw, is a good result.
Goal was offside thoughTrue but it was one way traffic after the break.
CorrectGoal was offside though
they're in 11th place, are they really a rival ?
Goal was offside though
Is this a bad time to point out that they haven’t won this year?
They scored twice against us, literally 5 days into the yearBristol Rovers haven't scored a goal yet this year nevermind a win(JCH missed a pen)! hope they score midweek before they play us!

Yep. I was absent from Henley Tech. that afternoon as I was visiting the dentist. All the dentists were double booked in the 70's when we played Man City on a weekday afternoon due to a floodlight ban.
I agree with this except to say that their very early goal, which would have given them a lift whilst knocking us back, was very definitely offside.I know we're very much a different outfit to back then and this was when the formation changed, but surprised with how confident some are RE a win, when we were unbelievably lucky to scrape a 2-1 in the home fixture. Pask has played DM...
Even if he hadn’t. Moving a ball playing defender to DM is an easier move than an AM.
He has played 1 game as a DM, Jamie Allen has played over 30.
This isn't football manager. Jamie Allen isnt an out and out attacking midfielder and would easily slot into a DM role and is much less of a risk

He was excellent when he came on. Occupied the defenders well and created space for others. The Birmingham defence were unphased for the whole game. His lack of pace is incredible

Get over yourself you melon.
We have different opinions. I think Pask is versatile enough and had all the attributes I’d want. I haven’t see that in Allen. If it was McFadz I wouldn’t be suggesting it. It’s not just about the position they usually play. Pask was specifically brought in to cover at DM with Eccles this season
No he wasn't. He was brought in to cover RB, with the long-term aim of CB, but in pre-season he was so impressive he was close to starting the first match until his injury.
Agree. Draw be a good resultIf they beat us tomorrow they'll be 3 points behind us having played the same number of games so I'd say yes.

OK looking back I may have made that bit up. I stand by that he’s got the attributes to play DM.
This season is not like most, the teams at the very top aren’t as dominant as usualSurprised to see some say they'd be happy with a draw. If we're serious about automatic promotion we have to be looking to win every game we play. This is the stage of the season where a couple of teams always emerge, go on crazy runs and roll over teams. It happens every season. A draw isn't the end of the world, but you can't be happy with it either.
People seem to have convinced themselves that this season will be different, but I'm not sure it will be. Go back over recent seasons, and the fewest amount of games won over a 46 game season for automatic promotion is 25. I think we probably need to win 12-13 games out of the remaining 19, that's a win ratio far better than what we have achieved so far this season. If we don't do that, someone else will, the table doesn't differ all that much at the end of every season.
We have to start winning games week in week out.

I mean in terms of points and ppgOh yes we are
Can't he just use the editor and give himself £100m budget and a new stadium? To be fair I quite like the idea of Robins reloading games until we win and sitting there in an office with the time machine
