Not miserable. Just bewildered. As I’ve said all along if it goes tits up I’ve got options. Just find it mental no one (including you it seems) can explain what they’ve won.

thats it really- all these celebrations which look like a mass audition for a Stairlift or Funeral Insurance commercial, but nobody really knows what’s going on, very strange.

They’ll call you a loser in a minute, but have no idea who’s won what and who’s lost what

From what I’ve seen it’s cause he’s that type that wanted Brexit, older white guy with dubious beliefs and values, it’s teeming with them over there in England.

I do know what you mean- do you feel different now, what’s actually changed for you?
I couldn't give a shit. Older white guy with dubious beliefs and values. Hilarious. Suck it up , loser . Hahah.

Genuinely the closest I’ve ever got from an answer has been from several people “we won’t see the benefits in my lifetime, but our kids will thank us”. Some of these people are in their 60s, some in their 30s, all voted for something they don’t think will make any tangible difference in their lifetime and in many cases they say will make us worse off “at first”. Same people saying we can’t make economic predictions, able to see 50/60 years into the future.

Would love to hear Derren Browns thoughts on it. Never seen mass delusion like it. Amazing.

People like my dad said he did it for my kids. But he’s a twat that talks out of his arse.

It’s great isn’t it. Perfect get out clause, get to say “ah told you it’s get worse first but trust me it’ll be worth it” until they die.

In many ways you’ve got to respect the grift. Purely from an applied psychology point of view it’s fascinating.

Call him a snowflake, that’s always a good one.

“Making myself and my family poorer and less free to own the Libs”

Oh shit and that was my best material as well. Better cancel the stand up tour.

Literally just reporting conversations I’ve had dude. Don’t worry though, you won’t see how funny and interesting I am straight away, probably not until we are both dead, but our kids will find it hilarious and riveting.

What will you do now for the next 5 years ? Moan consistently about how we're all to blame or actually get on with life ?

It’s the weirdest act by old people I’ve ever seen for sure, how do you celebrate so much about something but you have no idea what it is :woot:

Where have I moaned or said anyone’s to blame? It’s happening. You still don’t know why you’re happy. The country will be poorer but likely not for me as I’ve got a decent skill set.

Keep projecting though. I know how much you need to think you’ve annoyed the left or something.

To this day not a single coherent or rational statement or argument to back it up. I get people’s right to choose... but at least be able to bring some rationale for your choice.

Keep projecting the self pity. It's hilarious.

2 hours until I can buy my wife makeup laced with formaldehyde. The lady loves stinging eyes. Curse the EU for denying her that privilege.
We are sort of out of the eu now so we should be able to buy all sorts of shit that was unacceptable to those dictators in Brussels.
Where can I get some formaldehyde? I dont want to kill my wife, i quite like her and she actually tolerates me, but I've heard if you smoke formaldehyde it's quite a buz.

It's not a war, your neighbours are still your neighbours, your parents and grandparents are not bigoted gammons, they just have different opinions gained from from different experiences.

I beg your pardon?

You are making out that you’re in the midst of celebrations, but you’re pumping out weird messages on a forum at the same time, you’re quite a strange guy :)
Hahaha. That's rich. .

All I can see is that the older generation want the right to call a pa*i a pa*i, they want to be able to talk about how we once ruled the world, and they want to relive their youth when they probably heard all the war stories from their parents, it’s the only possibility. You can ask these gammony people all day but you’ll never get anything back. We are observing a typical specimen now, he won’t tell you what he’s celebrating, he just feels good that he can slag off foreigners etc with impunity. Good luck to him :)

If it’s that simple then they can tell us what they are gaining, dead easy ;)

I’m not celebrating, I’m looking out the window at the sea with a cuppa, very relaxed but not really celebratory. You on the other hand are flouncing around pretending to be celebrating wildly, while simultaneously furiously typing messages, ie, you’re a bullshitter, my newly ‘allowed to hate foreigners’ colleague
