MiraclesHow is that an option?
MiraclesHow is that an option?
As opposed to being told by the council and the trust? He knows what he’s been told by the club, let’s not pretend he’s following the JR and analysing Council meeting minutes.
there is a 3rd option. To actually have our own home.
Just need several acres in an accessible part of Cov at a reasonable price and planning permission and tens of millions of pounds.
Simple.
Let’s be real ain’t no ground bring build by Sisu EVER got more chance of Biamou building one than Sisuand a five year wait minimum

Which is everyones preference but it's highly unlikely unfortunately.
Sadly agreed. Same as wasps allowing ccfc back to Ricoh whilst under a threat of going under it the EU case wins. Same as even if they do go under, CCC allowing SISU or CCFC whilst SISU are in charge any sort of share in Ricoh.
also not a sensible move until Wasps clear their bond - with the Ricoh "underwriting" that.Hiw would the council stop the club buying a share?
Pretty sure he has regular meetings with Sepalla as well so not sure why this one is being hyped up as Robins will walk if Sepalla doesn't meet his demands. He says we need to be back all the time? It's nothing new
That is the biggest single problem. What happens in the interim - Wasps are not going to play ball and B'ham unsustainable. Viewed from their perspective SISU's long term strategy (they are a hedge fund, isn't that what they do?) continues to mystify me. Just exactly do they want from CCFC bearing in mind you would have to be a bit of a dick to buy CCFC in its current commercial construct.and a five year wait minimum
This is why, even if you were to believe there will be a new stadium, getting the indemnity removed is vital. The Ricoh is the only short - mid term option for us to come back to Cov.That is the biggest single problem. What happens in the interim
Having re read the giant letter/article from SISU in the Observer it could be interpreted to mean assistance re development at the Butts .That is the biggest single problem. They are stuck in a "holding" pattern. Once Wasps got control of the Ricoh SISU have gone into as near a breakeven strategy as they can manage. That is the biggest single problem. Still not sure why parties aren’t talkingSadly agreed. Same as wasps allowing ccfc back to Ricoh whilst under a threat of going under if the EU case wins. Same as even if they do go under, CCC allowing SISU or CCFC whilst SISU are in charge any sort of share in Ricoh.
In his interview Robins mentions the need for backing from the fans via season tickets, how many do we think he means and how many do we think we'd sell.
My guess would be a hoped for 15 to 20,000 but a sold figure of about 10,000.
Thoughts ...
It would have to be a Bradfordesque offer and even then I'm not sure we'd get thereThe only way you’d get near that is if you geared everything to season tickets - namely a very cheap offer and £25 match day and no match packages

Can't you already get a free season ticket for kids ? If they're a junior sky blue, i think that's the case.Buy one adult season ticket get one free for a child on the return to the Ricoh.

I was talking about 18 and under. But never mind.
It already is for about 16 isn't it?
17 isn't a kid.
The club can make it any age they like!

So it's not free then!Still get a decent discount for 17 year olds.
Can't remember how much my sons was but there was a good chunk off full price.

The age is set by the club, concessions can be 18 if the club choose to.No because it's not a kid.
Kids are.
What you’re proposing doesn’t make much sense. If the club sold more season tickets but at a far reduced rate there would be less money coming in?The age is set by the club, concessions can be 18 if the club choose to.
