Indemnity and all that (10 Viewers)

Rupert Lowe talked about years which makes the indemnity a little more daft
Is the indemnity a ruse to set the club against the owners
Say for instance there is 'No' prospect or reality where the case succeeds .
Much like the other two attempts?

Madrid case took 3 years investigation then another 3 years for the appeal. Seems pretty standard for European courts. System different to ours. Not all done in one sitting but several as judges hearing multiple cases at same time.

Got to ask if you're 21 why Colin Steins Smile?

Is the indemnity a ruse to set the club against the owners ...?

It is a mystery why Wasps would protect the CCC from any actions by SISU if it turns out the sale somehow violated state aid regulation.
... unless Wasps themself have agreed to take on any cost outside the actual sale (sale terms: Buy as is, any additional cost to be covered by the buyer).

Because him and David Johnson are involved with Cov Utd ladies so everybody must care about them.

Those accounts on social media nasty pieces of work who seem to have no limits with their desperation.

Strange tweet by him. I look for Sphinx result as I do for Leamington. I wish the Ladies team well.

If you were loaded the best way to turn around local media is to become a bigger advertiser and threaten to pull out as you disagree with their stance on Wasps.

In fact, anybody know how much a full page ad about the indemnity would cost and if there is any chance they'd publish it?

Cheaper option is to print flyers and put them under windscreen wipers at the Ricoh on Wasps matchday. And hand out on the door step of the town hall.

The text should be short and simple. Don't use the word 'indemnity'.

Or was it that the directors at the time thought they had a sniff at being involved with a Phoenix Club?

Kalns set up a Phoenix Facebook group

Welcome back Godiva , nice to see your contributions
Good point.like I say outside of that, to accentuate the divergence between Club and owner on a contractual basis?
The value of which I wouldn't be sure tbh.

I know there's some pretty shitty lawyers but can anyone really see Wasps buying the Ricoh without someone flagging up there may be an issue down the line. Standard way to deal with that would be for the seller to cover those costs so why wasn't that in the contract?

You wouldn't think so would you. If the lawyers made a mistake that wasn't spotted then wasps would have a claim against them on their PI insurance. Kind of beggars belief given the history that the lawyers were not extra careful protecting wasps interests

All sides had access to expensive legal advice though, planned accordingly for all their actions and understood the consequences of those actions before taking them.

I’m pretty sure everyone expects the Eu commission to find the same way as every other judgement. Therefore .......

CJ confirming why somebody was kicked off the board seems to have upset those strange accounts.

It's a good job CCFC would be the tenant then.

They are desperate to mislead, it seems. The worrying thing is that a couple of years ago more people would have believed their shite.
