I haven't found or read anything that suggests the WHO have confirmed it. All the reports of no new cases are coming directly out of China which is why I'm not believing a word of it until an independent source such as the WHO confirms it themselves.
To what extent are the draconian measures being enforced though? Just under 100 million migrant workers have still been working through the lockdown in order to keep their manufacturing arm functioning at some sort of capacity - and realistically many of their factories won't be a leading example of implementing health and safety - so I just can't see how they aren't reporting anymore cases as that's a huge number of people working together in close quarters.

to be fair, it's a joint WHO/Chinese government study is perhaps your scepticism is well placed.
