Anyone else thinking they are developing OCD....washing hands, anti bac wiping sides down, ‘did i wipe the car keys down when I got in’, wipe again, wash hands. It’s like a one man sterilisation show ! (guaranteed I still get it though)
I washed my cock 4 times yesterday.

Won’t be long till looting starts if it hasn’t already followed by riots,20k troops brought in still won’t be enough if it kicks off they just don’t have the man power.
They are for making sure that shutdown goes to plan.

There is more than that on the wards at Walsgrave mate got family who are working there, their lying about numbers or they just don’t know the figure
There's 7 people who definitely have it, misses works critical care.

There maybe more people in the hospital but only 7 have tested positive for Covid-19.

Genuinely why do people think the government is lying about the figures?

This is so weird.

Just went for a walk around Bromsgrove. The fucking market is on and a lot of the shops are open. People everywhere.

Asda was rammed and when I went into Waitrose I'm not kidding, four people walked into me.

This whole thing is nuts. All that shit goes as normal but if I go to spoons for a pint then I'm a disgrace and a murderer.

I can see real anarchy happening if this goes on for too long to be honest.

Won’t work mate I don’t think anyway again they dont have the man power to impose it if high numbers don’t abide
If it works in France it will work anywhere. Is now working since they put the fines up. Thousands have been fined so far.

Exactly my point.

The more these people started calling people who went for a pint murderers the more they got pictures back in return. I'm

Yet they say nothing about the real risks.

Maybe it's not political enough or piers Morgan hasn't commented on it yet to tell them what to think about it.

Why the fuck are you in Bromsgrove?
Is there no end to this madness?

Why are you walking around the market and not staying at home?!

I hope someone’s keeping a list of all the companies treating people like prices of meat so we can avoid them when we’re back to normal.
Coronavirus: Topshop stores close as workers claim they are laid off | Metro News
As well as laying off staff its also been reported that they are refusing to pay the rent on the closed stores.

EasyJet asking all staff to take 3 months unpaid leave and seeking government support while making a £174 million dividend payout to shareholders including £60m to Stelios Haji-Ioannou.

The statistics are very misleading as they only refer to people tested in hospitals. The rate of infection is doubling every 3 days.
Individuals who think this won’t be a problem for younger members of society are mistaken.
The virus can cause lasting lung damage, there is reference to neurological problems and the trend from Italy has shown fit young people in 20’s, 30’s etc needing ventilation.
Any close contact is putting us all at greater risk of contracting the virus and not being given ventilation if we do get ill because of lack of capacity.
If this continues we will have a spike and the medics will be making life and death decisions on whom to treat first.
It’s reckless behaviour by some which will affect us all.

From current evidence the management of preparations for dealing with the virus has been lacking, as the front line staff don't have the right kit & equipment. That sits with government and management.
Don't buy the 'we had no way of predicting this' argument either. Plenty of people have been warning of something like this for years. Fair enough for it to be a shock to your average person on the street but why are those in charge so unprepared?

One example from 2015:

Been thinking about this virus. I blame Greta Thunberg and her mates. After all they’ve got what they wanted, places in lockdown fewer vehicles on roads across the globe, reduction in pollution and the deaths of the elderly the people that are to blame for climate change.
Been quite surprised at how quick the impact has been on some things environmentally.

The banking crisis caused reckless bankers, who got away Scot free led to underfunding of our NHS. We are now paying the price of 10 years of austerity.

definitely. If you’re careful then the benefits of some fresh air, exercise and having a chat with friends will far outweigh the risks.
Yup, what's better for my Dad (in his 70s) - to stay inside and wait, or get some exercise and stay fit enough to have the best chance of warding anything off...
do they really want the government to start locking everyone up/imposing martial law
On a basic level, not keen on the thought of how I'd get my prescription. I know you can get it delivered, but it'd be a pain given I'm not living at the address I'm registered at (lesson learned to change even if you don't think it's important!)

My wifes at supermarmet right now as we need food as we DIDN'T stockpile

People will have reasons to be at supermarket be they good or bad

Noone has a NEED to be a pub

Dont think anyone can argue eith above!

Famous last words

The only think I would say is the selfish shoppers are as bad as the pub goers.
If everyone stuck to their usual shopping habits it would stop a lot of the madness
