if you live with others and you are the first in the household to have symptoms of coronavirus (COVID-19), then you must stay at home for at least 7 days, but all other household members who remain well must stay at home and not leave the house for 14 days. To test his eyes he not only drove to a tourist hotspot he said he didn't and then got out his car and then went for a walk. He then sat down for a while which was also against rules at the time.

In summary his defence is my family are rich and have loads of land therefore the rules don't apply and / or I'm the only one intelligent to understand the rules so my interpretation of them is right and everyone else is wrong.

You must tell DVLA about a health or medical condition that could affect your driving.
