Exactly about the rules contradicting phase 0 was easy, you can go out an exercise between 6am and 10am or between 8pm and 11pm for an hour only upto 1km from your property, over 70's can exercise between 10am and 12am or between 6pm and 8pm. Children under 14 can exercise between 12noon and 6pm, as long as no more than 3 kids, with one adult. That was simple.
Rules (LAW in Spains case) for driving from the begining was 1 person per car You couldn't take your wife shopping and stay in the car whilst she did the shopping, even if she couldn't drive. I know many people who were fined in the begining, they soon learned. However 2 people from the same household were permitted to travel together for a doctors appointment provided the passenger was sitting in the back.
Phase 1 you had to respect you exercise times but was also allowed to go to an outside bar, business were allowed to open as long as they gave out appointments, such as hairdressers, which gave you permission to be out outside your exercise times, but not bars, no appointment needed. Totally contradictory.
I went for a drive last week to see what was open, Puerto del Rosario, our capital was heaving, or rather the estate alot of out of town larger retailers are (similar to alvis retail park with B&Q), couldn't get a parking space outside Ideal. Just wanted some cement to do a little job whilst not working.
However now in phase 2 we can exercise now when we want, but over 70's still restricted to exercise between 10am to 12noon also 6pm to 8pm. We have been advised to respect the over 70's timeslot and avoid going out during this time.
Now we are being told to wear a mask at all time in public.
Yep, as for meeting up in Las Palmas, sounds like a plan. Same here we have to check finances, we may go by ferry or plane, it's usually plane and hire a car, but the wife keeps say we need to go by ferry next time so we can fill the car boot.
