Disappointed with the same of shape and (on paper) it looks defensive to me. I also worry about the lack of width, especially if it is a back four and therefore the full backs won’t have as much license to get forward.

But something needed to change and MR obviously believes this is it. A change in formation enhanced our fortunes last year, maybe it does the same again?

We had what looked like the right change before the break, with Dabo back we'd have a chance to see the effect of having a natural RWB. Still got to put the trust in the manager but going back to trying to nick games 1-0 didn't work the first time round and I have doubts it'll be any different

Does seem we've gone for a bit more solidity but fear we might be lacking a bit going forward. Do have the option to change it to two up top if needed though.

Yes, must have been working on this formation in training the last couple of weeks.

Don't get the system change...with osti on the bench.

Kelly and Dabo who have hardly played 90 mins in ahead of others.

Big ask for Dabo.

Not sure about this..hope it's another Robins masterstroke. Pushing Hamer further forward to support Ohare and Walker could work.

Lose a bit at set pieces I think...back 2 gonna have to be on their game dealing with direct jutkiwiecz.

Its either going to be genius or we go 532 at the break.

No stupid mistakes - no red cards - no wank pens, we'll win 1-0

Think that’s a big thing here about set pieces. Ostigard has been a beast and I felt it was only a matter of time before he planted one in the top corner. Got to hope someone can take over that determination in their box when we get a corner tonight.

Way too many changes in set up and partnerships ...Especially changes in the spine pairings...not confident here.

Was confident before the team set up.

Sky think 4141 with Kelly sat in front of the defence and O’Hare and Shipley on the wings 🤷🏻‍♂️

It was inevitable he had to play a flat back four in the end the system hadn’t worked

Yeah, I wondered if him being off with Norway and only back recently was the deciding factor in leaving him on the bench. Still gives us the option of bringing him on to add to the defence should we need to defend our lead!

The only way we could've made this more defensive is to put another fella in goal
