Actually 4 for Sheaf

Hamer and Wilson did well.

Think we played for the draw, random changes at the end.

Would love to see the comments if Shippers had played like Sheaf did tonight

Wilson 8

Two great saves. Great distribution and no penalty to face for a change. Solid

Dabo 8

He’s Fanky Dabo and does what Fanky Dabo does. Won the ball in their area to create our best chance. Got clattered. If he’d have tumbled... Still absolutely immense for us.

Hyam 6

Couple of errors but nothing catastrophic.

McFadz 6

Did ok.

Ostigaard 7

Seems to get better and better.

McCallum 8

Brilliant first half. Got tired but you can’t fault him.

Sheaf 6

One of his better games although every time he gets near the ball he frightens me more than Fred West’s basement.

Hamer 7

Is absolute class but things didn’t work out for him today. Missed a great chance.

Allen 6

One of his better games but most certainly doesn’t frighten the opposition.

O’Hare 6

Runs around like a giddy puppy on speed. Won the ball a lot. Ran with the ball a lot. Lost the ball a lot.

Walker 5

Not a good game from him. Just a bad day at the office.

Biamou 5

Is he part of some far eastern betting syndicate where they bet on hitting the woodwork?

What world are you living in where Sheaf isn't also hated by our fans?
Most of the time they're wrong but tonight he was poor. However there's a world of difference in saying someone's been poor and the hatred Ships gets from some. Not just on here but twatter and fuckbook too

Wilson 7.5 excellent saves, didn’t bring the guy down and good kicking long and short
Dabo - 6 lost half a point for not taking the fall and gaining the pen
McCallum - 6 excellent first half, tired second half
Mcfadzean - 6.5 solid
Hyam - 7 don’t get the judgment
Osti - 6.5 quiet and didn’t get on the end of lots of balls into the box
Hamer - 8 rushed things but he was so so good. Thing that I loved the most was he almost won the ball on the edge of their box and a minute later he covered a mistake by fadz on the edge of our box!!!
Sheaf - 6 nowhere near a 4. Much better second half
Allen - 6.5 thought he was good first half and linked things up and didn’t stop running
Ohare - 6.5 always wants the ball some lovely link up play with hamer
Walker - 6 so isolated but he really isn’t as lazy as some of our fans make out

Max - 6 could easily have got the winner and good set up play for hamer yellow card.
giles / dacosta - not on long enough

Robins always finds a way.

Wilson 8 (two good saves and a clean sheet)
Dabo 8 (came into it more second half offensively. Great work for Biamou chance)
McCallum 8 (looked great going forward first half and I thought best player on the pitch at that time. Quieter second half)
Ostigard 8 (pretty solid. Brought the ball out well on occasions)
McFadzean 8 (composed performance)
Hyam 8 (some sloppy moments first half but a couple of vital interventions in the second)
Sheaf 6 (did a lot of defensive work but continues to get caught dallying on the ball, leading to chances)
Hamer 9 (motm. The most decisive and incisive player. Great movement off the ball too)
Allen 7 (tracked back consistently and effectively all game. Was involved in some of the better build up play)
O'Hare 8 (unbelievable effort again. His fitness and desire is incredible)
Walker 5 (didn't get much to feed on but just looked fatigued)

Biamou 7 (looked sharper than Walker and caused a few problems. If only he got more of a contact after Dabo cross)
Giles (nice trickery before squaring for Hamer. Probably wrong option)
Dacosta (looks to have good touch and quick feet. Winced a bit after late foul given against him. Held his ankle. Hopefully not aggravating injury)

Probably a good point but again I hoped Robins would have made some earlier subs as so many of the group looked tired. Giles running at them earlier may have caused them issues)

Robins always finds a way.

Sheaf is suffering from the same problem Sterling did when he replaced Grimmer. He’s not been great, he can be lackadaisical and too calm, but he’s a good player and has ability. Because he’s not Kelly and he smiled in arsenal training he’s been jumped on. He’s not been great. He’s also not been terrible.

Was that the second half where he didn't tackle or the second half where he allowed them to shoot by not closing down in the box that Wilson had to save?

Wilson - 8 - Solid 2 great saves and played a huge part in keeping the clean sheet.

Dabo - 6 - Poor from our Dabs tonight, love the guy but looke tired, maybe give him and Dacosta 45 each next time out.

Osti - 7 - Quieter than usual, defended well.

McFadzean - 7 - Solid as he has been the past 8 games, another clean sheet, does well to cover for Sheaf.

Hyam - 7 - Defended well, Clean Sheet.

McCallum - 7 - Decent shift against a lively winger and RB tonight, beat his man on several occasions and put good balls into the box.

Sheaf - 3 - What the point? Put a traffic cone there, would pull out off less tackles, didnt win the ball once tonight, GET KELLY FIT ASAP

Hamer - 9 - Immense, best player on the pitch by a country mile, thought there was 3 of him on there, i really hope i get to see him live.

O'Hare - 5 - Flatters to decieve, runs around alot, ball doesnt stick, rinse and repeat.

Allen - 5 - Thought he was decent in the first 45 tbf, but faded in the 2nd, maybe through a lack of fitness.

Walker - 4 - Did nothing.

Max - 4.5 - Ball stuck abit better and linked the play, looked tired.

Dacosta/Giles - N/A

Fucking hell there’s some generous numbers in there. Hamer, Wilson and dabo the only 3 above a 7 for me

Agree with these ratings. I may give Biamou 0.5 extra as he was a slight improvement on Walker. We were pretty poor, and gave Huddersfield far too much respect. It was reminiscent of our early season performances, but we got away with a cleansheet and a point. Against good sides 1 up front just doesn't work.

Good thing we didn't win tonight eh else your car might have had another imaginary accident.

I hardly shy away from commenting. Your ratings are absurdly negative

Finding the Hamer ratings a bit over the top, he was decent but he didn't really get hold of the game, he's too frantic to his own cost at times. Should have done better with our only chance first half. Set piece delivery not as good as usual.

he’s like Boatang on acid
