Wow... The reason Blues are shit is because we've ruined their pitch apparently 🤣

A) They're a hoof ball team anyway

B) Pretty sure they were shit last season too whilst we stormed League One & played some of the best football we've seen in many years.

I don't think Karanka will need to concern himself with the state of the pitch there come summer.

He's a disingenuous wank anyway, the pitch prevented Norwich from absolutely spanking them a couple of weeks ago.

My old man slipped flat on his arse doing that one. Big crowd too that day... may have been the Crewe JPT match can't really remember now.

I think I remember that - although not which match it was. People who know they're participating, then wear normal footwear always used to astound me (especially when punting from distance - asking for trouble !!)

I remember Blues away (I think) where the half time entertainment was people trying to kick a dead ball from the half way line into a shed without a roof in the penalty area.

I think if you got it you won a shed (with a roof).

They certainly did that at Layer Road before Colchester moved to their new stadium.

Fantastic news, the only way we could ever possibly have survived above league 1 level.
It may also mean SISU could realistically sell us! A 10 year deal, plus If the club can develop and sell a gem each year, it could show as a year on year profitable business. They just need to also present a positive relationship with people like Wasps and the Council and potential bidders maybe less concerned about external risks.
One of the most significant positive steps in a long long time. Mr Fisher staying quite and out of the limelight. The club doing things to make the fans feel part of it all again, such as shirts that touch on our incredible heritage.
I think with this development we would bounce back stronger even if we go down

They could put the ticket office at the bar by the esculators as there's going to be a new sports bar
Could do if that is going, although would have thought they would would want to avoid thousands of football and rugby fans mixing in with other visitors when they're running multiple events on the same day.

Gilbert just said announcement might not be until next week
Duggins trying to get away from a straight answer to ‘will you be going to games’
Getting a bit nervous now. We've seen some of the dubious accounts fired up, a leak to Gilbert to put a story out about an imminent announcement and now the council getting in on the act.

We've been here before and it didn't end well, lets hope for a better outcome this time.

Wondered whether or not the council knew how well things had gone....
I hope I'm not too cynical to believe they'd be sticking their oar in....
But would not surprise me!!

Great news if it pans out. I've selfishly enjoyed the trips to Brum as its a doddle to get to on a direct train, but so glad to be able to watch us play at home properly. Lets hope those who've used the owners or the exodus as an excuse not to go finally get up and watch us live.

Worried that the pitch might not hold up and some thought has been put into how bad it was last time - hopefully something Robbins has impressed on Boddy and co.

Has the Ricoh pitch still been really bad this year? Didn't they relay it last summer?

Duggins is a Thames Punt and he knows it. I hope every fooker on the council who made our life hell out of sheer spite have to visit a hospital and have what I’ve had done to me over the last 18 months.
They must of been gritting their teeth behind the scenes accepting the Ricoh is fooked without CCFC.
Onwards and upwards.
Good night all and look after your family life’s too short.👍

Hope if we do return that the club, trust, and supporters club sot out some sort of thank you to Birmingham for helping us out with ground share. Especially if they go down instead of us

Flicked their game on at the weekend and it's in a poor way. Needs a complete relay this summer.

This isn't a big surprise to me. Once the club saw the state of the art sports bar (skittles! toilets! plug sockets!) there's no way they could stay away from TOMORROW'S WORLD
400 msq sports bar......so that's 40 x10m not exactly mahoosive.

One step towards that relationship will hopefully involve the club being given primacy on their weekends in a mutually beneficial arrangement where we play on separate weekends instead of crying that the EFL can't force you to do anything then fucking the club around on fixtures, hospitality and everything else.
Decent size for a sports bar
It's at best average and not very big for match day put in a couple of pool tables and just seems rather tame.... might still pop in though. 🤣 ( If cash goes to CCFC and not the pests.)

I think this shows how decent most sports fans are.

We are all just sports fans, some of the hate and spite people have on here against Wasps and their fans is really unreasonable.View attachment 19005
Unreasonable to berate individuals perhaps but the club itself is about as cunty as you can get.

The Wasps and the telegraph have been best friends since they arrived, they are always going to portray it in the best light for Wasps and their fans. It's in the CET's financial interest to do so.

'neils' on the Once a Wasp forum (think he's one of the cretin converts to the cause) thought they should charge CCFC 10 x the rent

People on here think they should be run out of town with pitchforks. Not sure what the point of nut picking is.

We’re going to be sharing for ten years at least, probably best for everyone’s blood pressure if they just get over it.
