This is their schedule until the rest of the season. Obviously green is when they have a fixture, red signifies the international break. They all need to arrange 2 fixtures in the timeframe.

really struggle to see how they’ll do it but if they do it will most likely be by playing us on a Thursday and our game potentially being moves to a Sunday that week

I’d be very very surprised if the EFL extend the season. The one date they like to uphold every year is everyone finishing on the same date. Unless it pushes everyone else back potentially? Or will some national teams not be happy with that because of euro preparations

When we had to win all 3 games after everyone else had finished to stay up?
Playing Everton- League winners in the last game.......who luckily turned up pissed after winning the UEFA Cup two days earlier.... or something like that....

Yeah and also the Bristol fiasco, the Spurs delay and the Blackburn point deduction - we’ve been on the winning side if this for decades

Spurs delay and Middlesbrough points deduction was same season wasn't it.
Too young for Bristol City... but obviously know it well!

I can see it being a points deduction or forfeited games ahead of extending the season.

How would that affect us with games they would be playing against teams down the bottom of the table? Or would them seeing a deduction sort us right out?

Hang on, maybe we’ve infiltrated their training camp with someone with Covid.

Always us let’s look at Everton v Wimbledon to stop Everton going down.

I’ve looked at the schedule and apart from the international break the only space is between 05th and 10th April or 1st and 8th May, they’re in big trouble if that Watford game gets called off

Or maybe one person had it and took all the tests, I don’t know which tests they are using.

The amount of conspiracy’s over this ridiculous.
If it was us, would we want any games postponed?
No.
If we had several players out and the training ground was closed would we want games postponed?
Yes.

Why does everything have to be more than it is.

It’s less that and more they clearly aren’t following COVID rules. Plus fuck em.

We should not agree to playing in the international break unless we have a full squad. Also Luton game needs to be played first. So maybe we can play them near the end of the season.

I’ll be watching the official efl test results closely this week. If there are only 5 in whole league will make this seem dodgy

Time to call their bluff. Play the u21 and reserves or time for a points deduction.

It kind of meant that we knew that if we did hold on, we'd be safe.
Whereas if we'd have kicked off on time, other games could have changed up until the last minute.
We knew what we had to do exactly.

Know what you mean though.
