Yet in the last 2 intakes at my firm, which is a massive professional services firm, 80% of those employed were White Men. It works both ways.I can tell you that 2 people were recently employed without interview at my workplace... Neither were the Best candidates either for things like poor attendance, inability to get on well with other staff members
A host of applicants who already worked through the agency had to apply for positions... Good people missed out too..

Some companies definitely have targets etc for diversity
