Yes. Without their manager as he's isolating. Be interesting to see what kind of team they put out.

Judging from the manager's comments it's likely they'll be struggling to field an able team against Bristol as well.

With weeks away from the training ground and players suffering the after-effects from Covid I suspect they're going to find it extremely difficult to get through the next couple of games.

To make matters worse for them they then hit their fixture backlog.

They must have been told they couldn’t call any more off. Shame it couldn’t have happened 4 days earlier as we could have done with beating them.

I think that's probably the case. Also, even if they could I question whether they would. Otherwise, they're then in the territory of playing 3 games a week multiple weeks which just isn't feasible, neither from a results POV or from player wellbeing perspective.

Pencilled in for Thursday April 15th according to the CET.

That means Saturday Bournemouth v CCFC
Thursday Rotherham v CCFC
Saturday CCFC v Barnsley

for Rotherham:
Saturday (a) Huddersfield
Tuesday (h) v QPR
Thursday (h) v Coventry
Saturday (h) v Birmingham
Sunday (lie down in bed !!)

Depending on how we/Blues are doing, they may even rest some of their team for our game, to focus on the Blues match, as they will have been likely to have had a real go at Huddersfield away and QPR at home. If it was me, as their manager, unless we were directly in their firing line, that would be the game to throw in a 'lesser team' in terms of protecting players (otherwise they will suffer in The Blues game)

Jeez, huge week for Rotherham that, four very winnable fixtures in their eyes. Will probably decide their season.

If they see Blues as the 'gettable' team by the time we are due to play them, I can see them possibly resting some key players against us in order to maximise their chances v Blues. It is virtually impossible for them to ask the large majority of players (particularly those who have been hit by Cov-id) to turn out 4 times in 8 days (without it having an obvious negative effect)

Sorry but we are being penalised because of Rotherham’s Covid situation. Why on earth do we get 1 day rest in-between games?

That would mean we play 4 games in 9 days & a fair bit of travel too. I don't think we should really be punished like that but I guess we won't get a say.

15th v Rotherham (A)
17th/18th v Barnsley (H)
21st v Stoke (A)
24th v Preston (H)

I'd have preferred 29th

We believe our game against Barnsley will be moved to the Sunday, if not then it’s a scandal.
