We need to go out and play with no fear. They are going to kick us. Try and win cheap free kicks.

just don’t react to it. As will try and get us booked early and keep on and on.

They will definitely be standing all over our keeper given any opportunity. Need Osti to not get distracted by the shenanigans (and keep his cool)

5-3-2 every week please, nobody we have is capable of leading the line with at most one player bothering to make forward runs.

I hope we go out and attack them from the off, two up top. If we try and keep it tight the game risks being a 0-0 or them nicking it.

Still time for a few more patronising posts about Wycombe guys, show the world how much you’re definitely not taking this one for granted:

“I fully expect Wycombe to not just turn up today, but to try and score a goal or two as well”

“We can’t afford to rest on our laurels, the semi-pros in Wycombe’s squad will work just as hard as us (for a bit, until their weak legs get tired)”

“Absolutely no disrespect to Wycombe, they have nothing left to lose, except yet another three points, in all likelihood”

“People say this will be an easier game for us, but several of their players actually know how to play football, including the offside rule”

Don't think people are really being patronising about Wycombe, it's just that this feels like a huge game for us, so we're just demonstrating our collective pre-match nerves. If it all goes belly up today, we still have a number of decent opportunities to correct it, with Fadz back and Godden getting fitter.

If we belly up the bottom side at home there would rightly be some panic.

Understandable - but the situation would not be irretrievable by any means. Anyway, enough of this. Off to watch forest get whacked by Brentford, then 3 points for us. Looking at the fixtures today, there will be between 4 and 6 forums in meltdown tonight !

If Walker and Godden are on the bench and we are awarded a penalty (wishful thinking), who do you think would take it?

I am confident we will beat Wycombe, going for a 2-0 win (O’Hare & Godden).

Marosi to come back in, 4 at the back and 2 up top.

My worry, is going a goal down..
As soon as we concede I feel like it's game over

We always start games strong no matter who it is, get a sitter or two early doors and then it’s either missed and we lose or scored then we win. Whoever’s up top needs their shooting boots

Today is a must win.

Defeat at home to relegation certainties would be hugely damaging to team confidence and spirit.

The Wycombe boss feels that there is enough points for his team to survive - that's what he will install to his team to go out there and get them .......Coventry have got to be very careful today....

We need to get a run of good results together so we can try and finish the season safely. And against the bottom team ? Logic predicts one result but we're talking Coventry who have tried to develop their own version of logic.

We'll lose. 3-1 to Wycombe and I feel confident enough to throw in another red card to one of our midfielders due to some shithousery by them.

I think we’ll edge it and probably have O’Hare go off with a muscle tear

I’ve watched Wycombe a few times this season and they always have a go. They did brilliantly to win the play-offs last season and I have a bit of a soft spot for them after a great day out in their hospitality section for the 4-1 win last season and because my brother-in-law and nephew are season-ticket holders.

I just had a chat with him and he said Wycombe like to let the opposition take an early lead and then come back into the match towards the end of the first half, giving fans hope of a second-half revival before letting in a second at start of the second half; sounds like us!

Said Uche Ikpeazu upfront is a handful, Joe Jacobson is solid at left-back and has a very good set-piece, and the centre-half Ryan Tafazolli is decent.

Any confidence Wilson still had visibly drained away during the 1st half at Luton. He needs a 'rest' desperately and I would really worry if he's got the number 1 spot again this afternoon. Marosi does indeed need to be back asap.

He has gone from sparse appearances in the lower leagues to week in week out in the Championship, it was never going to end well.

As has been said. There’s not a lot between the two. Would probably choose Marosi, but he’ll fluff something and you can bet the same criers would be saying they don’t know why Wilson was dropped.

If we stay up I’d hope none of them were on the books.
