Tbh I'm proud of the young lads that stepped up. Saka is 19 ffs. Fair play to him for taking one before Sterling and golden boy Grealish.

Exactly. Jack the nations fav grealish nowhere to be seen. If they can't dive neither of them two want it

Feel so flat after that. Felt we could have done more in extra time especially with Veratti coming off who controlled the game for them.

My mind immediately turns to the Sky Blues who kick off in a few weeks which perks me up
Haha that was my first thought. At least City are in the Championship!!!!

Was there no VAR tonight? Just watching back some of the highlights. Jorginho tackle was horrible. Also thought there may have been a foul on Stones in lead up to Italy's goal but neither seem to have been checked.

Good. But hopefully that support also includes advice on how to successfully convert a football from twelve yards?

They were terrible penalties, comically bad almost.

But they shouldn’t have been put in that position having barely kicked a ball and they shouldn’t be getting the kind of crap they’re getting.

Easy to be gracious to an opponent that has gift wrapped the trophy I suppose.

Sometimes you have to hold your hands up and say they were the better side. We took them all the way too.

If they are being honest, they’ve been let off the hook not once but twice tonight. It’s always easier to be gracious when you win as Mr Klopp so often shows

Hopefully Saka is banished from the England team now. Let him mature he should never have been there and that’s on southgate

I assume it was decided by what they've been practising? And if so then You can't call the coach out for that if they were consistent and more importantly, happy to answer the call. So bravo to them for having the balls to step up but for nothing more.
As far as the abuse is concerned - As sure as night follows day etc. Don't do social media - Far too toxic. Well, only SBT. You my people, are my people and I love you all.
And on that note I wish you all a good night.
