Yes good callWhat if we were allowed to play in the UEFA cup winners cup
What if Bryan Richardson was never involved in our club.
Yes…interesting (stroking my chin as I’m saying that)What if we had been relegated in 1997?
In the long list of Hitlers crimes, this is an underrated one.Its a stretch, but what if WW2 never happened?
We had Harry Storer as manager from 1931 and he transformed the club- this is the guy that Brian Clough named as his inspration. We finished 2nd, 3rd, 1st in the third tier, and 8th, 4th & 4th in the second tier- we were heading up. When he took over we were getting less than 10k per game, by 1939 we were getting 26k per game, we were the 8th best supported team in the country- 10k more than Leicester, 5k more than Derby & Leeds, the same as Birmingham, all of those were in the top division.
We were absolutely nailed on to become a top division team in 1940 with very big support- 27 years before we did get there.
Yes…interesting (stroking my chin as I’m saying that)
Money wasn’t manager.So many
What if we didn't sign Larry Lloyd and kept Denis Mortimer
What if we hadn't kicked off 15 minutes late against Bristol City
What if Arsenal had beaten Ipswich in the 78 cup final
What if we had signed Trevor Francis for 1m
What if we had kept Tommy Hutch & Bobby Mac for one more season
What if we hadn't let Stuart Pearce's contract run down before offering him a new contract
What if we had sold Regis before the 1986/87 season
What if we had let Sillett handle his own succession
What if the the penalties in the Sheff Utd cup replay had been in front of the Cov fans
What if the ground move had happened while we were in the PL
What if Richard Money hadn't been forced out & replaced by MR
What if SISU had picked anyone but Coleman as manager
What if MR hadn't been available after Slade
Money wasn’t manager.
