People can make their own minds up, the facts are the facts. Considering the bad taste that cov fans going to watch wasps leaves in the mouth, it did surprise me how a few people seemed to be ok with it if it was a certain person.

Then again, the people that got on my case about it were generally the ones that don't like me on this forum and would argue water wasn't wet if they had to anyway, so that says a lot in itself.

It isn't a complete coincidence that our attendances have gone up and theirs have gone down around the same time. There have been crossover fans, some of them are probably on this thread.

Alright, it's a long time ago and my memory was hazy, but as this is still going on I thought I'd check out, well... the facts.

There seemed to be 1 person from PSB there Saturday and no one I spoke to went in to the wasps game.

Nobody I spoke to was going in to the game.

Didn’t speak to one person attending the Wasps game other than wasps fans who stopped to speak.

It does say some even attended the Wasps match however. That's not true, as far as I was aware?

Pretty sure of the 15-ish I spoke to, none went in.

The whole point was to unify about the opposition to CCFC leaving the Ricoh - not to cast aspersions about preferences of who to think is to blame - we can do that well enough on here, but when it comes to numbers at a protest... that's not the way to go.

Now... I can't *guarantee* all people who attended didn't go in, but the number of independent witnesses say nobody did. Don't trust me? How about sheperdo01? Don't trust OSB? How about Otis?

The other fact is that turnout was pitiful, it had no effect because there were sod all people there... and yet stones are cast from *this* angle? To what purpose? What does it serve? Why has it become about this?

The Mobo awards is a decent pull and good for the city.

It's criminal that the exhibition hall doesn't host more musical events. It holds 12k which puts it bigger than the Liverpool and Newcastle arenas, and a similar size to Wembley Arena.

It must have had no more than 10 gigs there since it's opened?

I'm not trying to get one up, I'm presenting the evidence. Frankly, I don't care because, as mentioned, that was not the point of said protest, something you appear to be missing spectacularly. I am not so insecure I need to get one up on anybody, my life is more fulfilled, quite frankly, than telling my wife that hey, I made an anonymous pseudonym look a fool among other anonymous pseudonyms, that is neither big not clever.

I can only assume you are OSB's wife, as you say that a huge list of posts doesn't prove anything, but you ask us to take your word for something - something that is irrelevant anyway, in the context of where you put it.

Still, I got to prove that Grendel was real, so it wasn't all a waste of time

Just on the morals of going to Wasps:

I've got a mate or two who go occasionally. I don't fall out with them, I just explain to them why I think Wasps shouldn't be here.

They're still mates though, I don't consider them immoral, or at least any more immoral than they already were.

The truth of it is though, that I've yet to meet a Wasps fan from this part of the world who supports the team with the kind of passion that CCFC or CRFC fans take as given.

Which, I think, is another reason why they're struggling - they haven't established a genuine fanbase here, just some people who'll go every now and then when it suits them. It's an excuse for a couple of beers, or to get the kids out of the house for a bit mostly, there's no genuine investment in the team.
