Bournemouth tickets (17 Viewers)

Imagine the anger if this happens for the Fulham game

It will happen because the club won't change something that's been happening for 10-15 years.

They don't have the backbone.

That's it though isn't it, because it's not an issue before the same ticketing routine has continued.

These supporter clubs have always booked tickets together through one channel whether that be Morecambe away with 290 away fans there or Wembley with 40k.

I totally agree that it shouldn't happen for these games and hopefully the club will change the rules for games in future such as Birmingham, West Brom and Fulham.

We agree then by the look of it. But it’s still annoying as fuck and there’s still smug cunts knocking about waving tickets in people faces.

It’s not even that. Anyone can join these members clubs. If this is how away tickets are handled now many many more will join. Rendering it pointless. What then? It’s pure selfishness. (Fully aware it’s a limited amount given by ccfc and not every club member gets one)

As I was delightfully told by the ref earlier

Self importance has to be fulfilled one way

Course. I missed out unfortunately but I'm going to now ensure I go to Sheffield United after being 50/50 about it. Hopefully others will follow the same path.

Like you Hill, I wouldn’t want to join their supporters club and have to befriend and spend time with people I don’t care for, just to guarantee tickets. I won’t be joining anyone else that decides they’re going to take this route to guarantee tickets.

What I do object to is that in the last couple of days, the defenders of the holier-than-God-supporters-clubs have insulted our intelligence.

Firstly it’s ‘you’re lying we don’t get any tickets’ to now ‘we don’t get that many’.

Don’t piss on us and tell us it’s raining, is my point.

Let’s not be too hasty though. How much is a pint of Guinness in the club?

I’m not even going to bother. I’m only a phase 3 (I think) season ticket holder. I know my place. It was transparent. No problem with that.

This is different.

Think this is mostly why I’m rattled. Banked on going Bournemouth because the Mrs thought it was a marvellous idea for us to see The Lion King in London on the day of the Sheff U game. And AND if she’d have been 5 minutes quicker to get her arse down the shop, she’d have managed to clinch some of the last tickets!!

IT’S ALL HER FAULT!!

As Hill said it will change. City know there is an issue and they are employing a new employee who's job is to sort issues out like this.

I don't know but for what it's worth, does bringing flags to games with your name on mean your a peadofile? I read it on a toilet wall and have thought about it ever since

What like me having a flag saying dave?

Yeah I'd well be fair game then

I cannot comment on Leamington particularly, but from some of the CCFC fans I know in Kenilworth, this behaviour is exactly what I would expect. I had numerous conversations with many of them who were trying to tell me why Wasps were a good thing over the years. They also used to get away tickets in some of the harder to get matches in too. Just generally behaved very entitled which was sad to see when some other genuine full time fans would miss out at their expense.

You can see one or two like-minded people on this thread seemingly thinking that there is nothing wrong with what is going on.

Mind you, if I can recall, that group of lads were normally the first to run a mile at the sight of 15 year old hooligans from ´little Scunthorpe´ throwing cans of Pringles!

OK this has gone too far now, can we leave Kenilworth out of it.

Never knew Atherstone was CV9. Don't consider that (Coventry) City territory at all. Also, what an inbred shithole.

Hate delivering to CV9, gives me that false hope that I’m close to base and nearly done, and I’m actually nowhere near.
