Conversely...

Only 1 defeat in 6, despite a tough run of fixtures, means just winning 1 of our games in our hand would put us comfortably back in the Top 6.

It would depend on qpr and Stoke not winning on one of our their games in hand... ;) and it would only put us 5th 1 point better than 6th and 7th so not sure i would call that comfortably back in the top 6.

We desperately need a win. Even last 6 whilst we only lost 1 we also only won 1, 15th in form table.

No, but after the first couple of months expectation changes. You can't be 3rd/4th, beat Fulham 4-1, and then be smug about falling away to mid table.

I don't think anyone is smug about anything. We've had an incredible start to the season & got into the top 3 on merit but you can't honestly have expected us to stay there given the quality of opposition in this league? If you did then you're going to be very disappointed.

Yes performance levels have dropped a little but we've also had a really tough run of fixtures & been missing some key players.
Personally I'm delighted we're still in the playoff mix at this stage, I think it's a great achievement.

We have only lost to 3 teams above us in the league and with games in hand we could be back in the playoffs.

All these rumours mean I’m probably going to stay at home. Not risking driving up for it to be called off last minute. I’ll watch on ifollow.

Teams with even 1 or 2 key players missing will always try to get the game called off. The EFL will need to be rigorous with the rules, even though it looks like they haven't been so far, otherwise the season will be decimated.

I don’t think it can be reduced by 4.6 games

Remember when people were saying it was a conspiracy and teams wouldn't try and fiddle it to get games postponed?

Don't blame you.
Is Bristol still shrouded in blanket of fog?
Drove up from Devon early hours of Christmas eve/ Christmas day, conditions were horrendous.
