Good points - interesting to see the likes of Liverpool achieving big sums for players who can't make it at Anfield . Brewster for over £20m, I think the likes of Neco Williams, Nat Phillips etc will start to rake in big money from probably the 'parachute payment' clubs, or maybe lower PL teams. The same is likely to happen for Harvey Elliot etc. Aston Villa have started to do similar with 'local' youngsters, the majority of whom will end up not quite making it at PL level, but be flogged off to Championship, L1 teams at a later stage. A bit like that youngster we sold to Everton, or Charlie McCann to Man Utd; a lot of these kids will not progress through their original clubs and get proper game time until much older than they would previously had - really sad,
