Sawyers at West Brom would be one of the few for me.

Although Blackburn have an option on Diaz if they don’t go up they will have to move him on and his value is decreasing every week soon they won’t be able to purchase the bricks for their latest houses

Luke Freeman has been ruled out for the rest of the season - don't think I'd be risking a punt on him.
Can't say I'm bothered about any of the others you've listed (although Rafferty I don't profess to know much about) Josh Laurent maybe, if I had to have one.

Good player. Although predominantly a RB/RWB he is genuinely good on both sides too.

Very lazy article though, he's not out of contract until 2023 & is one of the top prospects in L1 so would command a sizeable fee I'd think.

I'd wager it's more likely that our strategy will be looking at PL U23 players who are surplus to requirements at their clubs. E.g. Those in the mould of Sheaf and Gyokeres.

The L1/L2 (personally wouldn't touch NL unless it's to supplement our development squad) markets are ones that we should obviously not close ourselves off from, however the caveat of fishing in these talent pools now is that they are likely to become further inflated as Championship teams look closer to home for players following the lower divisions in Europe being all but closed off.

This one of the potential problems of looking at that market. Even if they're being released for free, chances re that they will have earned a significant wage at that club and so will probably have wage demands that are higher than up and coming players for lower divisions.

So even if we have to pay a fee, with the potential sell on and probable lower asking wages, it would probably be worth looking more at that market. Those coming from PL U23 sides may be just as inexperienced as those coming from lower down, and in some cases even more so if they've not been on loan.
