I think that 12 hour shift of solid posting yesterday has finally caught up with you. This is an absurd statement.

It’s hardly absurd it’s a fact - what’s also a fact is you are obsessed with my posting content and history - and let’s be honest no one on this forum would remember you even existed if your posting stopped tomorrow.

No one would consider or remember a single thing you’ve ever posted. A reflection id guess on your actual real existence

I have to admit though one thing did puzzle me. You mentioned on one snide attempt at humour (which received no acknowledgement) Wellsbourne market - genuinely what on earth is that?

It’s….not a fact though, is it? It’s a hypothetical that doesn’t seem to be based in reality. Unless you have evidence of the contrary?

Rest of your post is a bit odd and frazzled tbh. At least one person is clearly paying attention to my posts!

In all honesty mate, most people are quite comfortable with not having some kind of memorable internet reputation - meanwhile your family might even be wondering why you haven’t come out of the shed in two days, but I’ll leave you to reflect on which is a more fulfilling life.

I worked yesterday for several hours at home and my total posting content took all of about 30 minutes? You I think are confusing me with PVA

This was a point I made a few days ago. Some people do not see it. I'm aligned to Ukraine's defence but it comes at a cost.
The said regiment were cited by Russia as having committed Genocide in Donbass etc. Hence the 2014 conflict and their current war with Azov to rid Ukraine of Neo-Nazis. I implied that Russia is doing Ukraine's dirty work for them in taking Azov out. But that is not going to plan is it?

Profile: Who are Ukraine’s far-right Azov regiment? | Military News | Al Jazeera
Azov Battalion - Wikipedia

Azov - Wikipedia

Russia do not give a single fuck whether Ukraine has a neo nazi issue or not.
They have nazis among their ranks they have ties with the far right in Serbia.
The idea theyre on a crusade against nazis is crazy.

Do you really want to compare who posted more yesterday?

I don't think you do. But I'm happy to.

Well I haven’t but whatever

Despite having said more than once we should let Putin crack on and that Ukraine should be allowed to fall, you've also gone into posting apparent sympathy for those stuck there and that the West are 'cheerleaders on the side as Ukrainians die'.

Which is it? If you don't want our involvement then don't be surprised when the situation gets worse over there.

I am sympathetic to anyone who dies. I’ve said I don’t think sanctions will work and I believe Putin will never go further to nato territory

Wow you’ve counted

How many words? How many links? How many on this thread? What was the average over the 12 hours?

Not too sure if you are still in “character”, but if not this is verging on driving to Dundee in your bare feet territory.

It is embarrassing.

Same personal score setting that plagues half the forum making it nearly unusable.

Non football only. You did have a somewhat bizarre spat with the Earsldon bloke earlier

No it’s the hypocrisy of “caring” about a country which is not exactly a shining example of democracy and urging it on

Now thus won’t be popular but let’s be totally honest here if Ukraine was populated with 40 million black people living in an African dictatorship that censured media and made trumped up charges regarding its political opponents there would be 5 minutes on the news every evening and a sigh and a shake of the head
No hypocrisy in caring about civilians being targetted through no fault of their own. In fact it strikes me as inconceivable that anyone wouldn't care, whatever their political opinions.

So you cared about atrocities in Africa. What did you personally do?

I assume that's probably aimed at me and I apologise.

I genuinely try and bring some discussion to this thread and post various news and stories which some find interesting (and some don't I'm sure), I just get caught up in Grendel's bullshit as he replies to every post of mine with an argument.

I'll try and avoid getting involved in it.

Sorry lads

Might be a bit Gareth from The Office but this is a subject that genuinely interests me as I have a strong interest in military history.

Yes, but the people taking Russia on and who fight in the name of Azov are Neo-Nazis. Putin can only fight those in front of his armies. Putin's rhetoric is very much about ridding the Ukraine of Neo-Nazis. I guess nobody knows what is in his head anyway?

There is also a view that Putin is using this to protect the Russian-speaking citizens (Approximately 5 million people). The history of the past 8 to 12 years gave him enough material to go in (Genocide- Exhumation of bodies, reports of brutality towards Russian speakers etc). So whether you believe his intentions or not makes no difference. He is there and will be fighting Neo Nazis whether he wants to or not/ can't be arsed.

Yeah, not disputing Azov are Nazis, just don't believe for one minute Putin gives a fuck and see his denazification shtick as hypocritical bullshit.

The Azov are only in the South, doesn’t explain the rest of the country. Anyway aren’t you in Hungary or somewhere? I’d be worried about full scale invasion of a country of 45m being justified by 900 Nazis.

There’s no evidence of genocide or even brutality. Intentionally or not you’re parroting Russian propaganda as fact.

Russia using and recruiting neo Nazis from around Europe to fight in their militias in Donbas.
UN sent teams with Russian representatives into Donbas and found no evidence of genocide.
Most of the casualties reported are militia on militia.
These regions were 60% Ukrainian before the conflict broke out in 2014. Been an exodus of mainly Ukrainians since that time.

Exactly.so he's happy to break bread with pro Russian nazis.
Whatever Putins motivation is, it's not an admirable intolerance towards the far right, I'm certain of that.

Lavrov was asked to explain how a Jew could become leader of a country infested with Nazis.

He said he didn't know and it was a very good question. Even the chief spin doctor can't make something up
