Oh dear.

Author only has 5 LinkedIn connections.

what’s your opinion on the eu sending 1 billion a day to fund the war effort. You haven’t said if this is acceptable or not?

you’ve ignored the guardian article - that’s odd

also regarding aid coming from the uk why do you believe this is acceptable for the eu to block? Haven’t the Netherlands made special arrangements but France have refused

what’s happening

oh and his LinkedIn account is linked to the telegraph with its 7,000 followers to the page - top trump Trent wasn’t exactly honest about his career history was he?

the salient point is though you attempt to make politics out of this war and when it’s chucked back it’s not welcome

So happy with the eu sending billions a week to Russia or not?? This is a cast iron fact so how does it sit with you personally and if it was Johnson doing it would you have any issue with it?

😂

Maybe now you see how utterly absurd it is to judge a story by the number of LinkedIn connections the author has.

The problem is you just ally yourself to a view and go with it

You attempt to have your clearly biased political view - clearly from a zombie social media - and cannot have an actual opinion. It’s cliche sound bytes and constant links of content you assume is correct as it suits a pre disposed narrative

you have zero interest in this war it’s purely to put a child like anti Tory anti brexit stance

Absolute bollocks and you know it.

Any anti tory/Brexit posts have been a tiny proportion of my posts in here. The vast majority have been about the war itself, mostly about the state of the Russian army.

99% of your posts in here have just been arguments with everyone.

And clearly my sources are more informed than yours because you assured us all the 'experts' said it was inevitable Kiev would fall within days.

Fucking LinkedIn connections, ludicrous 😂

Enjoy the rest of your evening.

The tragic thing is if you lived in Russia you’d be classic cannon fodder for Putin and his ability to influence

that’s the ironic thing. Yes in Russia you’d be promoting state media nonsense from twitter feeds

you actually have no opinion you thrive off populism (on here you are a classic easily influenced populist) and you go with the script

Same here.
People are posting on all sorts of social media trying to find places for these people to stay as hardly any Govt help in that area.
Sad truth is we don't have the infrastructure to cope here.
So far numerically it's the equivalent of about 1.4m people turning up in the UK over a period of a week or so. And predictions are that the number here could quadruple over coming weeks.
It's not like other EU countries are actively saying we'll take x number now to alleviate this situation.
Seen a few here, we put a family up in our air BnB mum 2 daughters and the sister of the mum all starting a new life, husband is fighting so we're supporting them as much as possible.

If dispersed means it's on the move towards Kiev then hopefully Ukraine have a welcoming committee a little further up the road for them. Russian forces in the South have made some headway today so perhaps the assumption that this convoy had run into fueling / parts problems was wrong and it was actually waiting for the Southern forces to get a little nearer to Kiev before starting up again.

More likely that Ukrainian farmers have now successfully cleared the roads :)

The Ukranians are openly trolling Russia now.

A translation of a letter from the National Agency on Corruption Prevention of Ukraine to Russia's Minister of Defence, Sergey Shoigu, thanking him for his corruption

Also I think we would all agree that the people of and the government of Poland deserve the Nobel peace prize for their open arms

I doubt the EU would be rushing to give the Polish government a peace prize!

No, no, fair enough. But it's hard to dispute that they've stepped up here in terms of refugees.

Thats depressing. Poland has so much ot be proud of, and also, it appears, a fair bit to be ashamed of.

Much like the UK response so far.
Currently one of (if not the) largest donor in the world of aid to Ukraine & also right up there in terms of donations & fundraising in terms of the great British public...

.....yet when you've escaped a war & travelled for days to reach Calais, you get a kit-kat & turned around to Paris to fill out a 14 page form.
