I think it’s the other way round - you are thick and talk shite you can’t even respond intelligently to anything I put to you. How much is the lease worth?
Can we send each other internet hugs? x

Can you show factually accurate statements or at least opinions based on sound financial analysis

To be honest I’m not getting involved in the lease debate, but if it’s tub thumping to consistently say since they’ve been here that the rugby side of things is going to end up a mess, then I’m a tub thumper.

I’ve said all along it would end up like this. What effect it will have on Richardson or the lease I do not know, but the Rugby side of things is a basket case.

No one may want them here and I’m sure if they could roll back the years then they would I’m sure but for Richardson it’s a rock and a hard place scenario

He has managed to successfully obtain a lease which is worth substantially more than his losses at least

I’m sure Seppalla rues the day Ranson persuaded her to dump funds in a football club but like Richardson she’s got nowhere to go

The difference is she has no assets of value either.

Clearly neither are stupid but now have the hand they’ve been dealt with and she really has no cards at all

What I don't get is if they are building a hotel there, why are the Telegraph saying every other week that a flying car airport is also going to be there?
Looks like the much-delayed flying car airport, which in reality is a temporary proof of concept exhibition, is not now going to be at the CBS and instead will be at Westminster Road car park.

Edit: turns out its not even that and what they had planned at the CBS isn't actually allowed legally yet in this country so its been downscaled to an exhibition!

I actually think it would be funny if they won the league as nobody in Cov would give the slightest shit.

Imagine them doing an open top bus parade where nobody turns up
Or better still turns up to protest with rotten eggs and tomatoes

Looks like another packed house today. I'm really not sure why they bother opening all of the stands.

That’s pretty unbelievable isn’t it!! It’s like a Coventry schools final with a crowd of a few hundred made up of proud parents 😳😳

You've got to ask is it worth opening the stands and pay for catering, staff etc, surely just have the Main stand open.
When are the Bonds payment due, must be soon.

they've got to be losing a fortune. Is the conference side of things doing well enough to offset this?

ironically it’s more the rent we pay them that’s the direct offset

Bonds due in July - very silent on that. Likely to be a more standard refinance route I’d have guessed
