Well according to my mate who had a chat with Overson today its £6 million.

Only delay is Burnley want to do it in installments and we want it in full whack.

Oh and not a penny of it is going to Robins for reinvestment

If thats the case, then thats the last 5 years of fan support gone in one move. I for one would stop sticking up for the owners if so
£6m would be pathetic.
Not to have any of that reinvested suggests we're just happy to continue treading water and hoping for the best.

He won't go anywhere for 6m in installments. Our best player? Arguably. No.
Record season tickets sales, back at the CBS and getting 18/20k, progressing each year, a team that finally looks very good and ready to challenge with football exciting the fan base, and you would risk it all for 6m? Whoever makes such a decision should be sacked.

Got a friendly Tuesday vWalsall be a decent following there down to us fans to show how we would feel should O’Hare be jettisoned out the club, I’m sure he wants to stay here.

It should be £10m minimum, and at least £7.5m of that should be up front

How do you sack Joy Sepalla ? Got little regard for our club despite her painted smiles when sat in the directors box.

Well my mate spoke to Tim fishers dog and he said the offer was 50p and a mars bar but we are haggling over the mars bar as we want a king size one

Why the fuck would overson know about the inner workings of transfer deals out of the club, but again people are going batshit over unsubstantiated rumours (like they did when Hamer was apparently going down the motorway to speak to Fulham) because it's an excuse to go boo Sisu

I totally agree - I also don’t believe what Saddle has said - which I appreciate is just him relaying a message from his mate.

Fancy getting our knickers in a twist over a sale that hasn’t yet happened that we won’t ever know the details of ffs!!

Yea you’re right. We are getting upset about an imaginary low fee,of which we will see sweet fa. 🙄🍷🍷
You’re insane. Why always take the negative view just a bit of balance would be good and same to me for the opposite reason. Let’s wait to see and react accordingly we’re on an upward trajectory relax and enjoy it

Do you think the upward trajectory will continue this season?

If we do actually sell O'Hare for £6m there isn't much balance to have.

I'm a SISU advocate.

I hope this isnt the case because all the work since 2017 just gets shat on in one fell swoop

I can't see any logical reason for coming to that conclusion Pete.
I suppose the counter view is the players left all have an extra year's experience at this level, and Bidwell will be more bedded in but yeah... hard to see where progress comes from just atm, and that's if O'Hare is still here.

I think it's pretty clear O'Hare is going to go and it wouldn't surprise me if he goes below market value

I'd be annoyed if he does go below market value but I would be even more annoyed if Mark Robins doesn't get at least 50% to reinvest into the squad

What about the money they bring in ?

Assume there's an expectation that money will filter back to Sisu at times. I think the balancing the books is more around paying EFL loans, and covering lack of sales over last couple of years. Makes it all the more important to achieve maximum value so we can reinvest. Will be disappointed of they sell under value.

You also enjoy bathing in your own faeces then, I presume!

Hahaha.

I just see them as the lesser of the 3 evils (wasps and CCC) and feel they've actually ran the club quite well since MR returned

Complete clusterfuck until then though of course, and if this is true then il be back to pre 2017 view of fuck them

That's true. You could see the difference having that first season back made to some of the players last year.
But I just think losing o'hare and not replacing him with something akin to approve championship player is a risky strategy as far as progressing the team goes. Not that the owners will be too worried about that.

There’s an improvement in attacking midfield, the rest is as you were and we’re still down on an LWB at the moment. If we repeated last season’s finish ahead of a big summer turnover I’d take it.

O’Hare is least likely to kick up a fuss being told to stay put, too. Unless an 8 figure sum is offered of course

Especially as I thought the point of new contracts was to avoid that.

Beyond McFadzean, the side's not got much in it where there's the worry it's a season too far as well.

Other problem though is if one goes without being replaced, how does the squad respond? Backs to wall all in it together, or where's my move too? You hope for the former of course!

Ok lets be patient. We can try and work out what % if any is given to team recruitment.
My worry is not that they won’t invest,my worry is Robins is looking pissed off with the situation.
Could see him and Adi walking.
