I would say a fee of £10m, some in instalments fair enough, and stacked with add ons. We know they have the money, we know they really want him, we know he’s not agitating to leave so let’s extract as much as we can.

If it’s 6m and only wages to replace him then that gives some 11/12 vibes along with some serious fan unrest.

I think it's a good point. Burnley have arguably given their game away showing so much interest and with Kompany openly speaking about O'Hare. This should give us very decent negotiating power and we should push them hard for as much as possible.

I'd suspect if Robins is given nothing after such a significant sale I think he would have a mind's eye on his next job.

Counter to that is that selling all 3 at the same time may cause a worse fan reaction, and the turnover would create greater risk.

It would happen at a time when Robins’ spending power would be far greater without so many unwanted players eating up wages. If we believe in all of them as players they will only increase their value this season.

I think 2.5 times what they paid for Twine is more than reasonable. They can definitely spare another 4 mill if they want him badly enough to go public on him.

In addition, I see Boddy getting stick for a transaction that has not even happened yet - we all knew that we would lose one if not two of the ‘big 3’ - I personally think £6 million, maybe rising to £8 million is about right. In any other business buying for free and selling for millions would be praised massively.

Finally, I’m glad that Sheaf appears to have gone under the radar - for me a better, if different player to O’Hare.

That is right SISU watched city under Richardson and thought that'll work the other way round.

6-8m is about right for who? He’s worth more than that to us, and that’s the figure we should be asking for.

nathan collins isn’t worth 20m but that’s what Burnley asked for. O’Hare clearly isn’t bothered about going - we should be asking for a stupid amount and if Burnley are willing to pay it than that’s on them.
