Where will those clubs be in 8 years - where will we be?
Burton.
Where will those clubs be in 8 years - where will we be?
If.
If we had won all the matches we should have last season we would be in the Prem, but we didnt.
You want me to predict where Sheff Wed's, Derby, Charlton, Ipswich, Portsmouth and Coventry will be in 8 years from now?
I'm guessing the timescale has something to do with our tenancy, but that is also impossible to predict, all sorts of variables.
He’s average at best
2 poor keepers for this level

What for having a differing opinion on Simon Moore?Average at best? Are you on crack kid?
I said you are likely a WUM poster and you have pretty much proved it
It nothing to do with Rugby is it.They were never going to succeed here.
It's not a Rugby supporting city for a start, and we already had a club of our own.
Their business case was totally rediculous.
I've no idea if CCFC's business case is any better, but it would be nice to find out.
‘If our keeper didn’t make these mistakes’I'll call you matt spliff as the nonsense you come out with makes me thinks there's too much plastic in your dirt bar
What for having a differing opinion on Simon Moore?
sorry Jesus wept
think many agree Simon Moore is average
In your opinion. No for talking utter shit 24/7
‘If our keeper didn’t make these mistakes’
absolute drivel
he did and we lost
I think we've opened another can of worms here though, as in too many clubs can't be viable while players are earning too much, and agents take so much money out of the game etc.It nothing to do with Rugby is it.
they get a rent from CCFC if we owned it we would already be behind. The stadium needs money spending on it,
It will never get any decent conferences with the nec up the road it already has a couple of bands every year.
suppose we could get the big truck show back.
How many clubs make money from there stadiums, look at the 3 clubs promoted last season, how much did they make from their grounds last year and how much more will they make this year?
In your opinion
No I haven't missed anything. You have totally missed the point yet again. We haven't been a bad side this year and barring individual errors we would be in a much better position. We aren't going to keep losing points like this.
If we'd been awful and were still losing then the doom and gloom nonsense might have been warranted but in reality it's just the spoutings of clueless folk trying to look big on an internet forum.
Personal insultsno in everyone's opinion, you're a weirdo that only turns up when we thinks he can post doomy nonsense that is not based in any kind of reality
I am beginning to think you aren't even a city fan and you are getting your kicks telling everyone on a city forum how shit their team is
sunderland? leicester? villa? blues?
It doesn’t say that. The view has been that we paid the upfront cost to be recovered through a reduction in rent for rest of the year - which we all would have expected. The wording if the statement is entirely consistent with that view. Also it says we didn’t pay for the pitch repairs , which A) I doubt and B) if so makes the Hyam sale even more confusing
call a moron a moronPersonal insults
well done mate
So in reality did we win all our games and top of the table?no in everyone's opinion, you're a weirdo that only turns up when we thinks he can post doomy nonsense that is not based in any kind of reality

let’s hope for an improved performance and a much needed win tomorrowNo I haven't missed anything.
I went on saturday and we were awful.
This is posted every time this question is asked so is probably pointless but:
We sell players for a profit. That’s the model. It’s the only one close to working at this level. If you don’t do that and you don’t accept a loss, sooner or later you’re a league one or lower side. That’s just gravity. There’s no “treading water” at this level. Not one club has stayed at this level under the strategy Sisu are employing.
And by all accounts all approaches for the club are knocked back.
Leaving isn't possible though is it.Whenever the newspapers do richest club owners in the championship Joy Sepalla always comes out towards the top yet every season we are told we have one of the smallest budgets in the championship, lower than the clubs that get promoted each year, they literally don’t want to put their hand in their pockets and if that’s the case then football ownership is not for you and you should leave

But you're implying there is no interest in the club. Outsiders have shown interest before but been told the club is vastly over priced.Leaving isn't possible though is it.
It's fucking naive in the extreme to say they should leave. This is typical of so many fans.
How the fuck do Sisu leave without someone to take over ? Answer that little conundrum if you will!
Who the fuck is going to pay to buy the club, and then guarantee to pay the wages and the rent every month, when we continue to make a loss??? We havnt made any money since the last home game of last season ffs!!!!
Yet we've covered our rent, paid wages paid to fix a fucked up pitch etc etc.
Seriously, if its so fucking easy, why don't you take the club over as you seem to have the answers!!!
That's fine, but in business there has to be investment to improve or you end up failing. If you were still running your business using a Nokia 3210 and Windows 98 on a dial-up modem because you don't want to fork out to upgrade I'd suggest your business isn't going to last long.Jesus christ so many on here think they are experts in how businesses finance. We have been dancing with the devil ever since Sisu came in and even if they haven't inserted cash in to the club for the last 10 years or whatever they provide liquidity when the club need it. They may choose to take that cash back when the club can afford it but the reality is without access to that cash we would be in a far worse state. I also think it's in our favour if we want Sisu gone that they don't rack up huge debt otherwise any chance of finding a buyer would be pie in the sky with the likely end game being winding up to get some money back. Sisu have provided funds to stop us getting in to trouble for a long time now I don't understand why people feel they aren't entitled to a return on investment for this effort and cash. They are a business and in this case have a loyalty to their investors to deliver an ROI. They don't have a palatable exit plan as it stands that delivers this. I'm not saying any of the above is brilliant news for CCFC and the only way I see this moving forward is someone valuing the squad at their exit price or by reuniting the club with the stadium. None of what has happened to the stadium was in Sisus business plan and to be fair what happened was pretty left field in their minds I bet we were a few years ownership maximum.
Seven pages on and how many years down the line and we’re still having the same conversation and same old arguments.
Interesting there’s some posters loving these threads, who are barely seen on the actual football related ones.
If we want to try and take a positive from the statement, it’s that the key elements the club have picked out to “address” are those we as fans have been raising concerns/questions over. So they are cognisant to the worries of their “customers”.
One thing that is becoming more and more apparent is the clear differentiation between the club and SISU. The club it seems is left to it’s own devices in every sense.
They clearly couldn’t care less about customers
it’s like going into a restaurant you go every week and have the same steak. One day steaks not available and you get beans on toast. Then you get charged the same £28 - when you ask why - you are told if you don’t pay it I’ll close down where will you eat?

FFS I was just getting my head around us being a supermarket and now we are a restaurant?
Well that's if you count Little Chef as a restaurant
