In fairness with the Center Parcs thing, it is complete madness, but I only have a moderate amount of sympathy.

For the price of two weeks there you could travel the other side of the world for a month or two.

Not that I've had the pleasure, but also not sure I'd fancy taking a toddler the other side of the world. They'd be strangled after the four hundreth are we there yet!

It’s basically wanting people to be arrested for causing offence-which oddly is what I thought ‘the left’ wanted

People with kids can't take themselves and their families away from jobs and school for months on end though.

Well also I’m sure also every republican will be demanding they work on Monday and refuse to have a day off for supporting this archaic institution- there must be a lot of mental turmoil I would guess

No one should be arrested, its nonsense, but a lot of people on the left are really showing themselves up over this. The amount of hate on show is embarrassing really.

Christmas has become more cultural than religious in the UK I would say. The UK not being a particularly religious country in general.
