Find a post from last season where i said we were going down? Bet you cant.

1st season in the championship i did, we had a front 2 of Baka and Biamou and shipley in CM so can you blame me?

Yes i will be saying told you so, because people are so fucking blind to whats happening

Biamou and Baka were 3rd and 4th choice albeit they played more than were expected.

But that aside, our biggest issue that season was defence.

And there's only 1 or 2 posters who haven't expressed real concern at whats been going on so far this season, but they are correct to point out that our positions skewed by games played and the fact only one has been at home.
There's a long way to go yet, though I think it's going to be a real slog.

If we can survive with Baka, Biamou and Shipley then I think we can survive with Gyokeres, Godden and Sheaf 👍🏻

I think if we were where we are having played the same number of games as the other teams we'd look upon this as a desperate situation..
However, the fact is that we have three games in hand and while I would love to believe we can be win them all that looks very unlikely. That means that we are likely to be in the bottom 3 for some considerable time.

At least when we played with Baka, Biamou and Shipley we were a funny outfit to watch.

Na you're alright mate I've spent over £600 of my hard earned on season tickets and shirts etc so il keep going up and have every right to point out literal statistics that show how shit we are

Mad how people can argue with actual stats isnt it

Yes we have season tickets too. The table doesn't lie but you have to look at it with perspective. Same with statistics. Their is possession and their is possession where it doesn't hurt people for instance.

It is far too early in the given circumstances to give up. Some of our fans appear to be willing the team to failure?

Worst league start in 103 years

Even under Thorn in the relegation season 11/12 we had 4 more points from 7 games.

We've won 9 in the last 46.

Our home form that people seem to be clinging on to for some reason reads 4 wins in 19 games.

We've played average teams at best amd not mustered one single win

Hull
Luton
Preston
Birmingham
Sunderland
Millwall

Will probably be called the usual 'bed wetter' 'back the team' etc but these are the saliant facts.

How the fuck do we get out of this? Absolute marooned at the bottom

I would probably agree 100%, except we've played 1 home game. So our season is completely disrupted.

I will judge us after the international break (hoping O’Hare returns) til the World Cup then panic.

I don't feel like I'm willing failure or chucking in the towel but I want to see changes being made.
We need one or two free transfers to sure up the defence and give a bit of stability. We also need Robins to start utilising subs earlier. He said we have a weak squad, how's it going to get better when you rely on the same eleven?
And then when the transfer window reopens we need to make big decisions on if having Hamer/Gyokeres/O'Hare is taking us forwards or if some players need to be sold.

On subs, people have always said this and we’ve always had a record of finishing strongly and coming back into games so not sure it’s justified TBH. Just chucking a kid or a crock on for half an hour won’t always change the game.

Majority of squad out in Leamington for what seems like Todd Kane's birthday. Fizzy moons if anyone wants to say hello to them.

But across a whole season of 46+ games? We fell away last season and our form fell apart.

Well be fine. Defence is looking like it’s finding its feet, O’Hare back soon which will make a world of difference to our attacking play. Comparing this team with Thorns is just silly.

As to be honest is comparing the managers. Thorn really only has Slade to rival him as the worst since 2001.

If not, you could always start a supporter's group and then completely ignore them when you push your own agenda.

We all know, we are on a bad run. We have a lot of points to make up. The squad is small. We had no money to buy players.

It is going to be tough. Very tough.

But you dont knee jerk in this situation every 5 minutes to get out of it. You commit to the long haul.

I have more faith in Robins, the coaches and the players to get us up the table than what I hear from a lot of our fans.

Presumably the people that think the league table is an accurate barometer after 7 games and therefore we're dead certs for relegation were equally convinced we were going to finish 3rd this time last year.

Difference is it’s not just this season.final half of last season was worrying. In fact, based on the last 46 games. We are bottom 3 form wise

Boro were awful last night and Wilder must now be under serious pressure, if we’re banking on home form then we simply have to win.

If we win he will be getting his P45 for sure

I love this notion that for some the good start to last season doesn't count.

And we were apparently terrible for the rest of last season according to many.

Last 10 games of last season we were 17th
Last 20: 13th
30: 18th

It's been a shit start to this season, no one is denying that.

But the idea that we started well last season and then were in relegation form for the remainder is absolute rubbish.

I know my guy @Evo1883 will back me up on this 😎

What’s seriously pissing me off about this is that lack of team spirit.

Not by the players but by the fucking fans.

Fans who have absolutely no idea what we’re up against, how far we’ve come and how good our management team is.

Most of them are professional mood-hovers who love nothing better than remind us all how shit we are and constantly target any hint of a mistake or underperformance.

Not saying we should all put rose tinted glasses on but for fucks sake have a bit of perspective.

Not a single player was terrible yesterday-we plugged away had some good chances and got a well deserved point away from home.

That’s it.

If we’d have lost 4-0-That’s a time for slinging shit.

But yesterday was most definitely not a time for histrionics but a time to support our players and team.

Whatever we think of the owners it doesn’t mean fuck all-Robins has to deal with what he’s got and so do we.

So maybe fuck the knee jerk reactions off and the lame stats and support this team when they need it most.

Because they really do need us right now-we’ve shown how much our support can galvanise our team.

ok, since Fulham game (the 4-1 at home) we’ve played 42 games and accumulated 45 points. That’s relegation form no matter which way you look at it. What part of that is rubbish?

Yeah, because of the awful last 7 games.

The form in the last 7 games, ie this season, is obviously catastrophic. Nobody is denying that.

The form before then is perfectly fine.

Obviously if you conveniently take away the good start of last season and add the bad start of this season the long term form is terrible 😂

what the fuck you talking about? I’m not conveniently taking anything away. Basing it on a string of 42 games (basically a season) showing how bad the form overall has been. Look at the past 17 games, only 3 wins. Take it you take that as acceptable?

we had 3 defeats in the last 7, 2 against teams who were promoted and 1 against a team who made the play offs.
We also beat the champions elect in their own back yard!
The final game against Stoke was a total training exercise for both teams.

We have been consistently average 10 - 12 points a game every every chunk of 10 games since the first 10

I've said numerous times the form this season is dreadful, no one is denying that.

And yes you are conveniently taking something away.

Why 42 games? What sort of cut off is that? If you want to make it 46 games ie a season then it's 52 points, comfortably clear of relegation. And that includes the worst start to a season in a hundred years or whatever it is.
