I think that chaos under Ed Milliband might have been ok after all.Remember when we were told Commie Corbyn would wreak havoc on the economy and would take us back to the 70s?

I think you rent Dave
Ignore Grendel… last week he was talking up the virtues of Starmer and this week he’s going all in on KamiKwasi’s economic nonsense. This is just dripping with condescension

Truss has got his head spinning.
The average house price in the UK now is 65 times higher than it was in the 1970’s. The average wage now on the other hand is only 36 times higher.I thought we were talking about personal positions here? I was saying that if you had a mortgage in 1975 under the Wilson government when rates were at 22% you may have been whining about it more than the Sterling vs pound issue? No?
Average house prices in 1992 were about £60k vs £300k now and there hadn't been such poor real wage growth for the preceding 15 years. I think you're underestimating what a disaster this is.I remember in the ERM when interest rates were escalating every hour getting to 16% in the end
This is tame. It will stabilise soon enough
It's repulsiveThis is just dripping with condescension

Definitely G’s - I’m not sure Kwarteng is sentient enough to know he has a head.Kwarteng's or G's?

What ever point you think you’re making it’s irrelevant. On the balance of all the facts.

Not sure they’re taking this seriously now. Going to make an emergency statement, in six weeks. Almost as long as it takes to get an ambulance
sorry, make that 8 weeks!
Aloof mate.Sufficient time for a leadership election
Surely anyone in their right mind would’ve released the two things together.

He's not pretending
Were we? I thought you predicted Corbyn would cause rising interest rates and a weak pound?
well he would. Mr Johnson I do not believe did but a big dose of high interest rates would not do me harm is my only point
I would call you a repugnant human being but you don't deserve that title.I so wish I could swap my terrible existence for yours David

Human beings have some sense of working together as a society to make things better and compassion for others.
Most think of themselves including chip on shoulder types like you
The country cannot benefit from its currency being so weak
Most of us here live in it
That's all there is to it
It’s weak for a few days - it’s not impacting me?
'I'm alright Jack'
Well I mean our G does have a habit of getting the big calls wrong. I didn't think we could top it this year suggesting we let Putin crack on with it then politely ask for some land back but here we are
I notice he doesn't post in that thread anymore, I wonder why!

You’ve been the wrong side of every political vote since you could vote haven’t you surely?
Regarding Ukraine do you support another £2.5 billion on more arms for Ukraine? I’m sure many Uk people could benefit from that?
I'm afraid you are wrong again as I voted on the No side in the Scottish indyref. I support money for Ukraine far more than tax giveaways for people who don't need them
So you voted against krankie but were a minority on everything else amazing
How do you know? Do you know all my other election votes since 2010?
