Then you don’t get to complain or mock when people are trying to work out the plan or unhappy with how it’s going so far.
Wait what? 😂

So people tie themselves up in knots for no reason and get aggy and frothy about something that hasn’t happened and they have no idea about, but that’s okay and you can’t give a reality check unless SISU outline their strategy publicly 💀

I think the question still is. Will CCC take back the ACL 2006 ltd lease before the case comes to court on Monday?

Yep, it's just daft to blame this on the club. We've got a ten year lease that we've been paying in good faith.

In that period Wasps have pulled down ACL with their 'biggest club in Europe' bollocks (a.k.a reckless gamble), and a council that willingly played along with it.

I've no love for SISU, but the reason we don't know where we're playing next week is nothing to do with them this time.

If you got booted out of the family home you’d been renting because the landlord didn’t maintain it properly, then faced getting booted out again three months later because your landlord then went bust, do you think your wife and kids might be slightly pissed at you regardless for not having sorted a better option by now? Or do you think they’d give you a pass because you’d been promising to build a new house across town for the last decade?

Almost as if you are saying we should move.

Think you have to remember here, we did have the council, wasps and the news people saying about a continuation of court action with the stadium when obviously it wasn't.

Has the criteria been reached for CCC to retake control of ACL 2006 lease, and if so, why haven't they done it?

The value of their security is another issue ( and a risk they took on ) they still have a charge and right to sell in priority
Liquidation also passes ownership of the Asset from ACL to them / Liquidator
If CCC took any action that affects the value or rights of that lease there are potential remedies
The Courts?

Well clearly we should either move or buy the stadium - the problem is that SISU have spent 15 years doing neither, so here we are.
I'm sure your wife would have loved you to spend way over the odds on the house and going bankrupt too.

In fairness mate, I'm not sure anyone really knows what's going on, at least you're honest about it! 🙂

If ACL are already begging for money, then I can't see how they can drag out an administration process, or apply for another NOI. If we're already having to pay extra to play, they must already be insolvent.

The only way I see ACL keep going is if a potential buyer funds them once they enter administration. No buyer means liquidation I guess.

The one thing I don't see is it dragging out indefinitely, but that is just my opinion rather than fact.
One thing that does worry me is ACL extorts money from the club while paving the way for their own preferred buyer.

Weve declared we have £30 million plus to purchase a stadium haven’t we?

If my wife said it was my fault that we we were getting kicked out of somewhere where we were paying rent and had a lease because I hadn't built a new house, I'd say she was off her fucking tits.

Let's not use shit analogies eh, we've got a lease, we're paying the rent, this isn't our fault no matter how desperate people are to spin it that way.

Wasps have fucked ACL, not us, anything else is a complete denial of the facts.

I’d say if your wife just smiled and nodded about potentially being homeless again after you’d been promising her a new house for years then she’s very patient indeed. (Love can do funny things to people I suppose)

She should have got suspicious when he held a garage sale at the end of august to raise a few quid while still insisting the grand mansion is on its way soon

Yeah, the garage sale to pay for the repairs to the house that should have been done by the landlord.

Although with all of the other rugby clubs offering Wasps fans discounted tickets, it would be top drawer cuntishness if CCFC were to do it.

Voldermort - you make no apology nor excuse for the pain you cause and have caused to Wasp supporters no matter how much you claim to be the innocent well-meaning bystander. We will see what we will see in due course. In the meantime I stand by Derek. I have met him many times (and Nick) and he is a decent. honest, straightforward man. Please, for a while at least be quiet.

There is a literally a Wasps fan blaming a city fan (not sure which one of you it is) for pointing out Wasps troubles while saying they stand by Derek Richardson.

She refers to me as Voldemort I’ve no idea why

I thought it was you or BSB.

It's insane how it's your fault for pointing things out but she loves Richardson. Bet you took that couple of grand off her as well.

Like I said, it's no different to gypsies praying on old people for their driveway with how brainwashed they seem to be.

The other worry is our fans saying we should pay whatever it takes.

They are already demanding silly money for today's game.
