That’s the element of the current owners not wanting to sell.
if he admin comes calling, and SISU wanted out. Somebody would pick us up
When we were last in admin we only got someone who's now bankrupt

Really? Is that the price you put on the future of the club.
Do wonder how much of that is killed at birth by silly demands. The assumption has always been because they want the stadium, guess we’re about to find out. The if we were openly up for sale we’d see some serious bidders emerge.
They really are vile parasites.
People with pets as their social media profile picture are the most unhinged psychos out there and everything they say should be discarded.
Do you have any proof they’re not?I just can’t wrap my head around the fact that SISU have seemingly only stuck around for all this time because they felt they had a case against Wasps/CCC or that they genuinely believed one day they’d get a stake in the ground - For them to potentially chicken out when they are finally being presented with an opportunity to do so
I don’t get what they are up to, you’d hope they are working night and day to strike a deal to take ACL on

I forget which entities gave got what assets and liabilities/obligations. If its holdings that are a party to the ACL lease and they avoid insolvency, then I agree, they might well have ongoing obligations to ACL. However, if ACL go into administration or liquidation there might be an insolvency clause in the lease which means the lease could be terminated anyway
It’s so hard to comment on stuff without having all the info. Just a bit of guesswork really
Ps that’s why I try not to get too worked up about stuff yet and just letting it play out really.
Don’t disagree. However, I wouldn‘t want a refund playing some part in the demise of the club, rightly or wrongly. That’s the way I see it. I totally get the club’s owners have money but they don’t have the priceless emotional investment, do they?I won’t be asking for a refund myself. But how many times are we going to hear about the future of the club being at risk. If people want refunds they can get their refunds. We’ve got owners with money. Fucking use it or fuck off.

F1 isn’t even sport. Imagine asking your PE teacher if instead of playing football, rugby, going on a cross country run etc you could get in a car? It’s fucking well boring
I'M neither A Police Officer or A Councilor but they might think it as defamation and act on it.Get your handcuffs out then, officer.

No, won’t be doing that; like you, I have a season ticket, but won’t be chasing them for my money back.Well I’m not responsible for running the club’s finances. I supported the club by buying a season ticket in exchange for a ticket to home games in Coventry. If they can no longer offer me that, then give me my refund and I’ll see if I can make it to Walsall/Northampton/Brum/Burton etc.
I assume you’ll be on the phone first thing Monday morning to donate whatever you can afford to sort out this HMRC issue? The future of the club is at stake!

We’ve got inflation at 10%, record energy prices and mortgage rates heading through the roof - I’m not going to blame a working bloke for getting a refund for something they’ve bought rather than let an incompetent hedge fund keep it. Bullshit to suggest someone’s less of a fan for doing so either.
I can’t be bothered and I doubt many will chase for £14 but if it’s more than a couple of games then that’s when people start to chase for their money back. No, won’t be doing that; like you, I have a season ticket, but won’t be chasing them for my money back.
We weren’t ever really in admin though, there was the whole golden share bollocks and it was a tight mess. And Sisu held everyone by the balls on the debt.
I’ve paid what I can, I just don’t want or need the refund. It’s not really the same thing now, is it?Why won’t you give them more money as well then? Not doing so could threaten our survival.
I don’t understand why you are sticking laughing emojis as if this is a game
it’s a sign of cash flow distress over what is i would hope a relatively low level of debt.
if the next 3 games aren’t played at home I assume ticketmaster still pay the club but I think customers are entitled to refund so could be 39,000 refunds and the cost of moving games
There are 3 payments still to make on I assume a quarterly PAYE return (?) with another due early new year
It can be “sorted” by selling another asset to pay for it. That’s what will happen
Not exactly hilarious is it

Where are the Sky Blues legends when you need them?

If only that was true…
Can't even remember why it's my cat, I'm sure it came off the back of a weird argument. I'd like to attempt to reclaim some credibility by being one of the few to have put up a picture of themselves, but I'll let the jury decide my fate.
