To be fair if this goes down they would have a point. I have no love for SISU but it does appear that CCC holding grudges has scuppered any chance they would have had to even make a bid... For the second time
They know the rules - they’ve fucked it again. Ashley was preferred bidder he has exclusivity they knew this.

Sisu have fucked it.
Do they take what they can for the club and skip town or do they dig in and act the prick?
I don’t think they could afford to take Ashley on even if they want too. Who knows, they might already have a deal in place with Ashley but it was contingent on him being able to buy the Ricoh first. Maybe Ashley understands what SISU are and has deliberately backed them into a corner to Trojan horse CCFC away from them.

The only thing I feel any sort of certainty about is I can’t believe that Ashley would be buying the CBS unless he was interested in CCFC. Fingers crossed.

How interested though? Cos from the rumours it sounds like he’s interested in CCFC the same way Sisu are in the CBS. I.e. only if it’s distressed.

Ultimately though the administrator will want the best deal - so Ashley has clearly come in with a deal that's considered more than acceptable.

Others could have done that, it's not like he's Mystic Mike who somehow can predict this happening and get his ducks lined up... unlike the owners of one of the stadium's tenants, who'd have no clue anything was wrong until it all came falling down!
I can’t believe that SISU were willing to pay at least £10M for it either. It’s all very well saying that they weren’t given the opportunity to bid (although they clearly had the same opportunity as anyone else) but if all you were willing to bid was a bag of toffees you were never a serious buyer anyway.

I think we'll start to hear more from SISU if things haven't gone their way. The longer they stay quiet I can only think there is some plan or agreement.

Whether it's good for us (the fans), remains to be seen.

I mean its almost like what i was saying to you all was correct wasnt it....

Which part, this post from a week ago or signing Billy Gilmour?

Fuck it, saying it, kept it quiet for days if I'm wrong I'm wrong and he gets a whack

American investors, introduced by/ somehow linked into SISU have been over here for a week or so

New investor buys the CBS, gets 51% of the football club and then the SISU are saving money on rent etc. We make match day revenue and get a cut of the exhibitions/concerts/events etc.

The new investor either buys SISU out, a new owner comes in and buys everyone out or SISU sit pretty with their 49% and reap the rewards of the stadium ownership without ever having to buy it

Dont want to be the bearer of bad news

'Something changed overnight'

'Sisus plan of admin then pennies in the pound with their investor has gone tits up'

'Its 100% true SISU and Ashley havent had any contact'

Il ask for more when he knows more

But if it is Ashley and hes only buying the stadium, we're royally and completely fucked. He will distress SISU as much as possible if he wants us on the cheap.

We all know Joy wont think twice on moving us/ winding us up

This isnt going to end well as it stands this morning

Very blinkered of you all to ignore them.

I said soon as I was told last week, it was done in this manner when it became apparent to those at CCC/ACL that sisu had the investor and the cash to do business and get the stadium

No way the powers that be wanted that to happen

Guys, I was right all along! Yes, my story changed when things went in a totally different direction to what I predicted. But the important thing is that ultimately I was right all along.

I mean its been a pretty obvious path since its all taken place hasnt it?

Also widely reported from Gilbert etc the SISU investor on board aswell so

Or SISU thought they could get it for peanuts then once a billionaire came sniffing around they had no intentions. Instead keep it as a tax write off and load it with debt.

As much as I think Sisu had no real ambition to get the stadium unless it was for peanuts, it is plausible that as soon as Ashley approached ACL with an offer, they then gave him exclusivity immediately, blocking everyone else out. We were told Sisu only want it in admin. Technically, it is still going into admin so could it be said they would have offered the same or more than Ashley? All too complicated for me. Don't trust either side at all

Just seems another example of SISU's flawed/deluded business strategy.
We'll batter people in court
We'll hang on to the last minute because nobody else would be interested.

This isn't a case of anyone screwing SISU. There's a standard format for administrations (they should know this as well as anyone). They had the opportunity to "compete" before Ashley's offer was accepted but didn't
