I'll put my hands up about questioning Curran but more in the longer forms. Wasn't expecting him to have this sort of tournament.

Nor me. He’s always been wholehearted and you know what you’re going to get but what a tournament !

That's some great death bowling. After Stokes last over 150 looked the minimum they'd be setting - probably closer to 160

10 overs done so we're getting a result today. Time to get the calculators out and make sure we stay ahead of the required rate

There's not this many good looking women in the crowd when I go to Edgbaston :D In fact there's quite often not enough people to class it as a crowd

Bowlers did their job, really thought the batters were going to let them down, but once again, Stokes is there when it matters.

Was there yesterday in a box - usually don't like cricket but that was really entertaining. Was basically a Pakistan home game the amount of fans they had, lot's of noise too

Not jealous at all. Would love to go to any England game in Australia. Need to get to the Boxing Day test one year.
Was a great view and 85,000 I think in the stadium. Can you believe that’s not thst biggest crowd I’ve been in at the MCG lol

Never seen anything like this on Test cricket. 450 up after 68 overs on day 1. Apparently record is 490. That's going to get smashed.

Just to be getting over 500 in the first innings is impressive nowadays to do it on the first day is unbelievable.

Were on course for most runs in any Test match day before light intervened. Could have been around 600 runs on day one. Just astonishing.
Sure I put on here last year ( maybe 2 years ago) Harry Brook one to look out for.

One of the most extraordinary Test matches I've seen. A team makes 550 in its 1st innings just before lunch day 4 and still loses. A team averages nearly 7 runs an over over 2 innings of Test cricket.
There's going to be some fun with this side but be prepared for the wheels coming off once it twice.
