I think your performance in which everyone opposes you is pissed, homeless etc speaks volumes David
Cool, if you want to link to a thread where you have been called batshit by multiple people and other people people (not just me) have implied you are drunk then crack on fella. It does have big Trump stable genius vibes to it though. :)

So why does Ireland have the same problem?
Are the supermarkets in Ireland rationing what you can buy? Not seen that reported. Clearly there’s not enough to go around Europe full stop but as far as I’ve seen only one country is rationing produce.

The over optimistic project fear warned about food security. Boris said he’d fixed it with a deal with Morocco and a new direct ferry service from Morocco bypassing the EU altogether. Guess what? The direct ferry turned out to be BS with the familiar brexit stench of phantom ferry companies with no ferries going bump having never really existed in the first place. Couple that with Moroccan producers favouring the bigger, simpler, easy EU market meaning they’re not rationing produce but the UK is.

Is brexit the reason there’s a European shortage of fresh produce? No.

Is brexit the reason only the UK is currently the only country rationing produce? It’s definitely a factor, might not be the only factor but it is a factor. It’s also bigger than supply chains, it’s also about labour shortages.

Starmer really is dreadful - regardless of political opinions he doesn’t really believe a word he says - or care.

Depressing - at least Corbyn and McDonnell had some vision and passion

In his speech, Sir Keir will say that he wants a different approach to government – neither state control nor pure free markets – but a genuine “sleeves rolled up” partnership working in the national interest.

YEAH!

So what we can agree is that if we're listing reasons for food shortages, we can put supply issues, unseasonable weather, and Brexit on thie list?
And yet again why does Ireland have the same shortage as the UK if you want to keep mentioning Brexit?

Not much point having a vision if that vision hands the opposition a massive majority.

I don't want to keep mentioning Brexit, I was responding to the quote Steve put up. Why don't you ask him, given he's happy to accept that Brexit can go on the list of reasons?

Which sums you up in a nutshell - his speech has actually made me angry and depressed in equal measure

Both Steve and myself have constantly said about the problems with Brexit. But we also call out the bullshit blamed on Brexit. And this veg shortage is one of them.

Well he's accepted it's on the list of reasons for shortages, you however want to try some more baffling cheap points scoring rather than just accepting it can go on the list!

Welcome to out world. Most people have been angry and depressed at the state of the government for years.

And yet you haven't been angry or depressed at anything in the last 4 years (or 13 even) which most definitely sums you up.

Lacking passion in a speech? Makes Grendel angry and depressed.

Corruption and law breaking, country in a mess? Absolutely fine in Grendel's world.

Bottom of 😊
I'm not even arguing that am I? But Astute is on one of his muddled truth missions again, and showing that English appears to have become his secondary language with an impending move to France!

Come on Clint. I know everything’s brexits fault but not this

There’s plenty of genuine issues/challenges without people making bollocks up. There’s been this constant drip drip of misinformation still, not sure why ardent remainers feel it’s necessary (talking about the Twitter guy not you by the way). I honestly stick them with the ERG nutters
Here you go
