Reading have the worst away record in the league so we should have beat them with plenty to spare. Made it hard for ourselves missing a lot of easy chances. Glad Any Carroll did a Maradona in his last game as I think he would have caused us problems.
Did you notice how Watford, Norwich and milwall got on today? Ffs

One of the best overall days I can remember at the CBS/Ricoh.

Result
Performance
Atmosphere
General feeling of positivity about the place

But absolute best thing about today was the players showing the metal strength to cope with a big occasion.

Great performance bar some iffy finishing, could have been 5 or 6 easily. I thought Kelly, Hamer and McNally were particularly good today. Gyokores looked very good until it came time tonshoot but hopefully that just spirs him on for next weekend.

What the fuck is it with shithead pitch invaders at our place? The stewards should be allowed to just fucking batter the twat, take him to the casino and have Joe Peschi waiting for him with a vice.

Random moment I enjoyed today; JWE giving a ‘come on/get louder’ type gesture to the crowd after he was fouled in the second half.

Nice to see a young loan player feeling engaged with the club and the fans. Shows how special the feeling around the club is currently!

Said before but the decision to book him was ridiculous, not even a foul

The guys delusional. He thinks they were the better team 2nd half.

The reading forum think they should have lost 6 or 7-1 ..lol

Reading fans we were talking to afterwards said they saw us as the most winnable of their remaining games and to be outplayed by us was proof they were doomed. Then complained about being ‘stuck in a shithole’.

Staggering arrogance so I sent them the wrong way to the train station.

Yep, this. Burnley will be up for it more than any game this season. Hyam distasterclass incoming

Of course they will. Don't know what some people are talking about in terms of Burnley. Their fans won't let them get away with a poor performance against Blackburn.

Reading commentators were the same. Highlights included 'the grass is too long so he's obviously tried to over compensate' this was when their player inexplicable played a simple pass 100mph out of play.

When gyokeres skinned their defender who hacked him down for a yellow in the first 10 mins 'I guarantee he's not caught him there, gyokeres just didn't fancy a foot race'

And my fav was when they had a dangerous free kick and hit it straight into the wall and out for a throw. 'He's done really well to retain possession and keep coventry on the backfoot by winning a throw in'

Incredible
