I saw these numbers today as well. Just a few more down and we have last Saturday’s game as well!

I know you’ve been critical of king - and I’ve no idea what the endgame is - but he’s clearly hands on and treating it like his business. The apathy from Sisu regarding commercial off field activity was totally exposed at this level. It’s encouraging on this aspect at least that he’s demanding solutions to what were ignored before.

Boddy would have been happy with 16k if it meant he didn't have to do any work.
Hopefully king fucks him off in the summer. No doubt he's the one moaning about king ruffling feathers, or as most of us would call it, getting people to do the job they're paid for.

Stick him on gardening leave and he can go on an extended holiday with his best pal, that wasps/villa c**t Vaughan.

A guy who got two tickets this morning got them on voucher given out to his child at school .He in turn spoke to a friend leaving who seemed to have more than 1 voucher still in his hand.I thought under Mr King there would be no Wasps freebie tactics used to increase attendances.

That will be JSB vouchers

You get 2 family for £30 and 2 bring a friend for £1 and can be used anytime through the season

You sure about that, it said community vouchers weren’t valid.

Gillingham in League 1 would be just below the Wolves game. 26,741.

The return game was so frustrating. Could have sold the extra 5000 with ease but they couldn't open any corporate.

Also the biggest since Accrington Stanley in 2018! Supposedly 28,343 that day...
Most of those tickets were given out free or for £1 - this Birmingham game is bringing in some serious wonga for a change!

I’d comment but grendel will accuse me of being Boddy’s lapdog

We started the season not having a pitch that's fit for purpose and are ending it struggling to release seats for sale that will otherwise remain empty.
I appreciate it may be more nuanced than that and you may know more than me but it screams incompetence.

The club needs to be pressured into acknowledging that this isn't acceptable.

Never again should there be vast numbers of empty seats when the demand exists to fill them

Where were all these fuckers when we played Carlisle/FGR at home midweek on a cold wet October barely 5k. Could literally hear a pin drop horrible times. (They all rocked up for Wembley that season too).

Agree it's natural progression.

Look into the future and you have the championship play off semi final home leg too.😂

I don't want to go back to midweek against FGR, so these people turning up will only facilitate that

And the common denominator is?????
Mind you if you’re in charge why should you be bothered with what’s happening to the pitch why should you go and check it and why should you have no urgency in rectifying it if there were a problem?
why should you have contingency plans in case you might get demand that would result in a full house surely you would just hope for the best.

Also started it selling a first team player to pay for said pitch repairs, which to this date Boddy has lied about.

What will be irritating to many as it is to me on occasion is that there will now be all this furore for tickets but when people get to their seats they will find many empty for the game as they were probably bought as season tickets for next to nothing for disinterested kids, especially in the prime seats in the Tesco stand 🤦‍♂️
I bought 3 of these next to nothing season tickets.....2 are hooked, thr other not interested. Won't be empty as a 50 odd year old will be a big kid for the day 🤷‍♂️ I'm hoping others do the same and make sure any tickets not being used for whatever reason find them in the hands of other City fans.

City should've gave Brum 3k 7 weeks back. Then made a call on releasing more tickets depending on how we were doing in the league....the club will not openly admit that they've made a mistake.....I'm hoping this won't be repeated if we make it to the play offs.

What's more important is that the fans that have been going regularly are most likely going as sorted ticket in advance. Last week it showed we were well on our way to selling out...Blackburn result actually rubber stamped that imo so Thu, Fri & Sat to sort tickets as well as yesterday and 1st thing this morning. Those who haven't got tickets I feel for as it'd be great if everyone could make it but it doesn't work out like that.

Now got a whole stand of away fans to back them behind the goal, which is my main pet peeve about the matchday experience. I want them bunged into the corner out of sight.

BSB .. I would love to see our fans move to behind both goals and push away supporters into 14-15 with segregation and holding them back after the game .
HR west end was split for years with away fans before it became all seating .
overall the club need to look at all options for next season.

I've just never liked the away side shooting towards a stand full of their own support

Breach of human rights to hold supporters back. Why it doesn’t happen except in exceptional circumstances
