I've been saying for weeks (not because we lost) but I don't see how they can be promoted at all unless they ground share. Rules is rules...
Using the money to build a new stadium and increase revenue streams to secure a solid debt free future is quite probably the best use of PL money any club has ever done.
There's no guarantee that they won't survive either, especially with Everton quite likely to get a points deduction for numerous breaches of ffp rules, and other clubs possibly following suit.
There are other teams that will probably struggle to finish above Luton, such as Sheff Utd, Wolves, Fulham, Crystal Palace, to name just 4. So everything is possible for Luton, and we may be surprised by their recruitment.

I pay my sky subs to pay for on field entertainment not teams making little effort and building new grounds with the money. I don’t think we would have been much better either.

If you combine this with jibbing into the CBS on a kid’s season ticket then just imagine the savingsDont bother just get a dodgy firestick. 80 a year and I've got everything.
Sky tried charging me £100 a month for sports and box sets etc. Not even movies and BT Sport, if I wanted that too it was £130
And they wonder why people now stream

The ground is being brought up to spec.
Too much is being made of Kenilworth Road.
Almost all grounds outside teams who have been in the PL recently do not meet PL requirements, including our own.
Middlesbrough for instance had to spend £5m on the Riverside when they were promoted to the PL in 2016.
What's wrong with ours then? The ground is being brought up to spec.

Could just be the press facilities. Our camera position gantry isn't the bestWhat's wrong with ours then?
Being genuine.
and then all the ones in League One should be suitable for the Championship...?All the teams playing in the championship grounds should be suitable for the Premiership if not then they shouldn’t be allowed in.
I’m sure I read it was just the comms and tv stuff to upgrade.Could just be the press facilities. Our camera position gantry isn't the best
Was reading about this the other day. Thought they were always the victims but apparently not.Can we throw in a few financial irregularities?
On This Day: Sunderland Defeated in Play-Off Final but Still Promoted
On this day 30 years ago, Sunderland and Swindon Town met in the play-off final at Wembley. However, few would know what would transpire.lastwordonsports.com
Once again a lack of consistency from footballing authorities. From memory these clubs were made aware well in advance they wouldn’t be promoted, and even asked if planning permission was submitted/ work had begun could they be promoted on this basis and they weren’t.Macclesfield and Stevenage were not allowed promotion to the football league in the 90s as their grounds were not up to scratch. If I remember correctly football league Chester were homeless at the time and used Macclesfield's Moss Road ground. Good enough then but not for Macc. The teams saved may have been Wigan and Torquay?
Yeah I need a new car but they are like 12k. And they wonder why people steal cars.Dont bother just get a dodgy firestick. 80 a year and I've got everything.

Similar to our suspended points deduction, at the very least Luton needs to have a suspended points deduction. But, Luton have been in the championship a couple of seasons and in my opinion if the work can’t be completed by the start of the season they shouldn’t go up, maybe even before the end of the season they are promoted. I would say the same thing even if we wouldn’t benefit from them not being promoted.
And we got a suspended points deduction for it. I’m talking about consistency of upholding the rules.Don’t be ridiculous- our first season at the Ricoh the work wasn’t completed. Last season we had to postpone several games.

It's no excuse ultimately. Breaking the law is breaking the law.I mean. Its not exactly the same is it?
You seen the state of sky sports news now for example? Absolute no mark spanners who know nothing about football discussing Messis new pants and Ruben Neves pass completion rate while sipping a coffee and saying things like 'hashtag sick'
You feel you get value for money with that?
Oh and then you pay for BT sport on top for a few more games. And then you pay for movies. Etc etc. Its an absolute shambles nowadays

The pricing in the UK is a rip off but people still pay it. I pay €30 p/m for DAZN which includes all Serie A games, major League Cup ties, a few EFL games a week, La Liga and all of the PPV boxing in the UK.I mean. Its not exactly the same is it?

I think Reading got "promoted" in the 90s but Elm Park was not up to scratch so they had to stay down. They built the Madjedski and promptly got relegated to Div 2 (or league 1 as it is now)I have a hazy memory but wasn't there a League 2 (or equivalent at the time) Ages ago that was saved more than once because the teams that won the conference's grounds weren't up to spec?
