I definitely don’t call her by someone else’s nameDefinite wrongun.
What city fan calls us Coventry? Just weird. Like calling your mum her first name.
Yes that’s it. Hamer wants to stay and play for us. It will be pretty gutting if Hamer moves just because we couldn’t agree a new contract with him. He’s one of the best in this league and should be compensated fairly for that.
There’s no evidence he actually wants to stay and what his agent is doing in the background
Touche.Didn’t seem to do Morelos any harm in his 6 years with them!
You can’t really make a comparison of Scott’s value to Hamer’s. Scott is still a teenager and being linked to top clubs, Hamer turns 26 tomorrowI think £7m is cheap for Hamer when Bristol City want £25m for Scott.
I agree however that Hamer stepped up another level when he was pushed further forward in the second half of the season.
Central midfield players who can be as impactful as Hamer in the final third normally command a premium.
I believe his contract length will impact his price far more than his early season cards.
What were you doing there? At President Kennedy school today.
Not having a dig but what’s the McNally situation now?everything I’m hearing is positive, he was out last night for his birthday and was in good spirits. he loves this club of ours
Here until retirement vibeseverything I’m hearing is positive, he was out last night for his birthday and was in good spirits. he loves this club of ours
No offence taken. haven’t heard anything since last week. I think next week will see some activity and murmurs that changes higher up the ladder could be happening over the forthcoming weeks but not sure how true that isNot having a dig but what’s the McNally situation now?
Ashley in for Doug. Calling it now.No offence taken. haven’t heard anything since last week. I think next week will see some activity and murmurs that changes higher up the ladder could be happening over the forthcoming weeks but not sure how true that is
I find it strange that he’s still doing community work if he’s on the verge of leaving

Wouldn't a random man turning up at a school event end up with the police being called?I don't think this is work (players do have a community remit)... think this is just him doing it off his own back, showing the type of guy that he is.

Although I see it's a Fisher school...
Really intriguing stuff, thank you. Very similar to something I picked up on.My understanding from people I know at the club is he is happy and would be happy to stay. Being happy to stay and wanting to stay may be slightly different but I’ll take it.
We need to keep Hamer and build around him.
I don’t mind Boddy but I’d be amazed if he was here for much longer.Changes higher up the ladder? Boddy gone?

king has rightly looked to change the commercial side of the club and appears to have been hands on in doing so … this is a pretty clear criticism of the CEO. The only exception being if Boddy wanted to make changes and Sisu blocked them ….
Praise the lordthink that was the indication but not sure how true but either way will be an interesting summer
Well his role has effectively been made redundant, hard to see how an executive chairman doesn't overlap a CEO considerablyI don't believe Boddy is totally happy under the new regime.

What are you on? You down-play values of players.A year to go on his contract? £5-6 million.
I suspect some clubs are put off by his temperament
yeah they are pretty much the same job, i guess he is keeping him around while he learns the football businessWell his role has effectively been made redundant, hard to see how an executive chairman doesn't overlap a CEO considerably

well a lot of them are probably not at the level they should be for a club like we are at the moment, particularly the heads ofI think people at the club are a little unsettled as King is quite hands on vs the old guard.
